Tefal Promotion: 15% Off Selected Electrical Products

1. General Provisions

1.1. Promotion: "- 15% on Selected Electrical Products"

This regulation defines the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including participation, rights, and obligations of the Organizer and participants.

1.3. Promotion Channel: Organizer's Online Store at www.tefal.pl.

1.4. Promotion Period: September 17, 2025, to October 12, 2025, or while stocks last. Products included in the promotion are listed in Appendix 1.

1.5. Eligibility: Exclusively for consumers (natural persons making legal transactions not directly related to their business or professional activity).

2. Participation Rules

2.1. Participant Requirements: Natural persons who are:

• At least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Residing in the Republic of Poland.
• Purchasing promotional products as a consumer during the Promotion Period and applying the discount code TEFAL15 at checkout to receive a 15% discount.

2.2. Exclusions: The following individuals cannot participate:

• Employees of the Organizer and collaborating entities.
• Collaborators of entities mentioned above (e.g., under civil law contracts), and members of their governing bodies.
• Other individuals involved in the organization or execution of the Promotion, and their close relatives (spouses, ascendants, descendants, siblings, relatives by affinity up to the second degree, adoptive parents or their spouses).

2.3. Discount Non-transferable: The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents, except as described in these regulations.

2.4. Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

2.5. Promotion Stacking: Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions on tefal.pl or the 5% discount for subscribing to the Tefal and Krups newsletter.

2.6. Returns: If a participant withdraws from a distance sales contract for promotional products, they must return all purchased promotional products.

2.7. Refund Amount: In case of return, the refund will be the amount paid by the participant, including the discount.

3. Complaint Procedure

3.1. Submitting Complaints: Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted via:

• Live chat on the Organizer's Online Store (www.tefal.pl, bottom of the page), available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Written mail to: Groupe SEB Polska Sp. z o.o., Gdański Business Center, Building D, ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw.
• Email to: tefalsklep@groupeseb.com, with the subject: "- 15% on selected electrical products".

3.2. Complaint Period: Participants can submit complaints throughout the Promotion Period and for 30 calendar days after its end. The submission date is determined by the time of receipt on the Organizer's server (for live chat) or the postmark date (for mail).

3.3. Complaint Content:

• Live Chat: Participant's email address, description, and reason for the complaint.
• Written: Participant's full name, exact address of residence, description, and reason for the complaint.

3.4. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be resolved within 14 calendar days of receipt. The participant will be notified of the decision via email (for live chat) or registered mail (for written complaints).

3.5. Legal Recourse: After exhausting the complaint procedure, participants have the right to pursue unresolved claims through legal proceedings.

4. Personal Data Processing - Information Clause

4.1. Legal Basis: Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

4.2. Data Controller: Groupe SEB Polska Sp. z o.o., Warsaw. Contact: info.pl@groupeseb.com.

4.3. Data Sharing: Data may be shared with entities authorized by law.

4.4. Scope of Data: Participants provide name, surname, address, email, and phone number for participation and promotion execution. Provision is voluntary but necessary.

4.5. Purposes of Processing:

• Participation in the Promotion and fulfilling obligations (legal basis: contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Direct marketing of products and services (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Marketing of Administrator's products via electronic means, SMS/MMS (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Establishing, pursuing, or defending claims (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Fulfilling legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4.6. Data Retention Period: Data processed for the duration necessary for each purpose, e.g., until promotion completion, until objection is raised for marketing, until consent withdrawal, until claims are time-barred, or until legal retention obligations expire.

4.7. Participant Rights: Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

4.8. International Data Transfers: Data may be transferred outside the EEA if necessary, with appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

5. Electronic Services Provision

5.1. Organizer as Service Provider: Groupe SEB Polska provides electronic services in real-time, free of charge, according to this Regulation.

5.2. Services Provided:

• Information Service: Access to Promotion details and the Regulation on www.tefal.pl.
• Promotion Service: Sending a discount code via email.

5.3. User Agreement: Participants must read and agree to the terms before using electronic services.

5.4. Consent Withdrawal: Consent can be withdrawn anytime by emailing tefalsklep@groupeseb.com. The service agreement will be terminated, and data removed.

5.5. Prohibited Content: Participants must not provide unlawful content.

5.6. Technical Requirements:

• Internet-connected computer with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
• A modern web browser (Chrome version 59+, Safari version 10+, or FireFox version 54+).

5.7. Internet Risks: Participants are advised to take steps to mitigate standard internet risks. The Organizer ensures secure data transmission.

5.8. Complaints for Electronic Services: Governed by Section 3, with informational services complaints accepted anytime.

5.9. Governing Law: Unregulated matters are subject to applicable Polish law, including the Electronic Services Act.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. Governing Document: This Regulation governs the Promotion.

6.2. Availability: The Regulation is available on www.tefal.pl and at the Organizer's registered office.

6.3. Information: Promotion information is available via live chat on www.tefal.pl (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM).

6.4. Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulation. Any changes will be announced on www.tefal.pl at least 12 days prior to their implementation.

6.5. Applicable Law: Matters not covered by this Regulation are governed by Polish law.
