"BUY A STEAM GENERATOR AND RECEIVE A RITUALS GIFT SET"

(„Regulations”)

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

[Organizer] The organizer of the promotion "Buy a steam generator and receive a Rituals gift set" („Promotion”) is Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000103545, NIP: 5220101645, BDO number: 000017755, with a share capital of PLN 21,000,000 („Organizer”).

[Coordinator] Organizational and technical activities related to the implementation of the Promotion are carried out by Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o. (formerly Grupa 3 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Agencja Reklamowa sp.k.) with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001123777, NIP: 6772355485, with a share capital of PLN 50,000, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer („Agency”). Contact with the Agency is possible by correspondence to the above registered office address of the Agency, by email to: tefal@promocje.grupa3.com.pl or by phone: +48 726 680 900 (the helpline is open on business days from Monday to Friday between 10:00-14:00; the cost of the call is as for a standard phone call according to the Participant's operator tariff).

[Promotional Product] The Promotion applies exclusively to the following models of Tefal products („Promotional Product”/„Promotional Products”) with the reference:

[Territory] The Promotion is organized within the territory of Poland.

[Participating Stores] The Promotion is valid in stationary stores indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations („Stationary Stores”) and in online stores indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the Regulations („Online Stores”), in which the Promotional Products are sold (hereinafter collectively referred to as „Participating Points of Sale”).

[Duration] The Promotion includes purchases of Promotional Products made at Participating Points of Sale from September 15, 2025, until the prize pool is exhausted (as per § 2 sec. 8 of the Regulations), but no later than October 31, 2025 („Promotional Sales Period”). For the purposes of the Promotion, the date of purchase is determined by the date of acquisition of the Promotional Product shown on the proof of purchase.

[Eligible Participants] The Promotion is directed exclusively to consumers, and only consumers can participate. A consumer is understood as a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their economic or professional activity (Art. 221 of the Civil Code). For the purposes of the Promotion, a purchase made by a consumer is considered a purchase documented by a fiscal receipt (without the buyer's NIP) or a so-called consumer invoice, i.e., an invoice issued to a natural person not conducting business activity (invoice without the buyer's NIP). Purchases made „for a company” (as part of business activity) or by organizational units are excluded from the Promotion.

[Familiarization with the Regulations] By accepting the declaration contained in the application form, participants confirm their familiarization with the provisions of the Regulations.

[Business Days] When the Regulations refer to „business days”, it means days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

§ 2. PARTICIPATION RULES

[Participant] A Participant in the Promotion can only be an adult natural person residing in Poland for tax purposes and having full legal capacity, who acts as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code („Participant”):

[Persons Excluded from Participation] The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

For the purposes of the Regulations, „employees” means persons employed under an employment contract, as well as under a civil law contract, including trainees, interns, and volunteers.

[Voluntary Participation] Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

[No Combination of Promotions] Participation in the Promotion cannot be combined with participation in other promotions organized by the Organizer (including the „Guaranteed Satisfaction Program”) or carried out on its behalf, concerning the Promotional Product purchased by the Participant („Other Promotions”), unless the regulations or other document specifying the terms and conditions of such Other Promotion explicitly states otherwise.

[Participation in the Promotion] If the Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Promotion and receiving the prize specified in the Regulations, they can participate in the Promotion by registering the purchase of the Promotional Product. A Participant may participate in the Promotion more than once, subject to sec. 6 below, however, for each purchased Promotional Product, the Participant can receive the Prize only once. In the case of purchasing several Promotional Products, the right to the Prize is granted provided that the Participant meets the Promotion conditions specified in the Regulations for each purchased Promotional Product.

[Conditions for Multiple Participation] One fiscal receipt or consumer invoice, regardless of the number of Promotional Products purchased (covered by such proof of purchase), entitles to submit only one application, as referred to in sec. 9 below (this means that if a Participant wishes to take advantage of the Promotion multiple times, each purchase of a Promotional Product must be documented by a separate fiscal receipt/consumer invoice).

[Promotion Rules] The Promotion consists in the fact that if the Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Promotion and receiving the prize specified in the Regulations and purchases a Promotional Product during the Promotional Sales Period at a Participating Point of Sale (provided that the prize pool indicated by the Organizer below has not been exhausted), they will receive a prize in the form of a RITUALS Gift Set from The Ritual Of Jing collection, size L, containing: an interior fragrance 250 ml, a refreshing spray 250 ml, a candle 140 g, mini fragrance sticks 70 ml. The value of the Prize is PLN 235.00 gross („Prize”). The Organizer has funded a total of 600 (six hundred) such Prizes.

[Prize Pool] Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The right to receive a Prize is valid until the stocks specified in sec. 7 above are exhausted, i.e., for the first 600 (six hundred) Participants who have correctly registered the purchase of a Promotional Product. After the prize pool is exhausted, the Organizer will disable the form referred to in sec. 9 below. Undistributed Prizes remain at the Organizer's disposal.

[Application Form] To receive the Prize, the Participant is obliged, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase of the Promotional Product, to correctly fill out the application form available at: promocjetefal.pl/generatorrituals („Form”), providing the Participant's true data (as described below), and to send the completed Form via this website, along with:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as „Application”).

The Form requires the following data: Participant's first and last name, Participant's email address, Participant's contact phone number, Participant's address (for sending the Prize), and the Point of Sale where the purchase was made. After submitting the Application, the Participant will immediately (i.e., no later than 1 hour after submitting the Application) receive an Application number („Application Number”) to the email address provided during registration.

[Retention of Proof of Purchase] The Participant is obliged to keep the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product (receipt or consumer invoice) and the cut-out barcode (EAN) from the Promotional Product packaging until the verification of the Participant's Application is completed. Upon the Agency's explicit request, communicated to the Participant within 7 (seven) business days from the date of submitting the Application, the Participant shall present the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product (e.g., by sending the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product in electronic form via email to the Agency, or by sending the paper proof of purchase/printout to the address indicated below via courier, at the Agency's expense) and the fragment with the barcode (EAN) cut from the Promotional Product packaging by sending it via courier, at the Agency's expense, to the following address: Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow, with the annotation „Buy a steam generator and receive a Rituals gift set”. The Agency will return the received proof of purchase of the Promotional Product to the Participant (in the case of a paper proof of purchase/printout) and the fragment with the barcode (EAN) cut from the packaging within 7 (seven) business days of their receipt from the Participant. If the Participant refuses to comply with the request sent by the Agency or fails to do so within the extended deadline, such Application will not be considered in the Promotion.

[Verification Period] Verification of the Application will take place within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the Participant submits the complete application form with the required attachments. The Agency, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer, will inform the Participant about the verification result. In case of positive verification, within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of its completion, the Agency will send the Prize by mail to the address indicated by the Participant in the Form. The Participant will be informed by email about the preparation of the Prize for shipment.

[Participant Data] The personal data of the Participant indicated in the Form must be consistent with the personal data of the buyer of the Promotional Product indicated on the proof of purchase (if personal data on the proof of purchase has been disclosed).

[Non-fulfillment of Promotion Conditions] Persons who have not met the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in the Regulations will be informed about it by the Agency by sending relevant information to the email address provided in the Form.

[Technical Requirements] The Promotion website (promocjetefal.pl/generatorrituals) has been prepared in accordance with current market standards. The website operates in a version for personal computers (desktop version) and mobile devices (mobile version). To use the Promotion website, including the Form, the Participant must have a device (e.g., personal computer, tablet, smartphone) equipped with a web browser and internet access. The Participant's web browser should have cookies and JavaScript enabled, which are necessary for the Promotion website to function. We recommend using one of the popular web browsers in its latest version. It is forbidden to provide content (including attachments to the Form) that is illegal or may pose a threat to the proper functioning of the Promotion website.

§ 3. TAXES

[Income Tax for Natural Persons] Prizes related to sales promotions, received by Participants in the Promotion, are exempt from income tax for natural persons, as their single value does not exceed PLN 2,000 (Art. 21 sec. 1 point 68 of the Personal Income Tax Act).

§ 4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

[Form of Complaint] Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted in any way that allows the Agency to familiarize itself with their content, e.g., by sending them to the Agency's address: Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow, or by electronic mail to the address: tefal@promocje.grupa3.com.pl with the annotation "Buy a steam generator and receive a Rituals gift set".

[Content of Complaint] The complaint should include the name and surname of the person submitting the complaint and their correspondence address (in the case of a complaint sent by letter) or email address (in the case of a complaint sent by electronic mail), as well as a description or indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request.

[Complaint Resolution] A response to the complaint will be provided within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The person submitting the complaint will be informed about the method of complaint resolution, unless the content of the complaint indicates a different request from the person submitting the complaint regarding the method of response – by registered letter to the address provided in the complaint, or in the case of a complaint sent by electronic mail – to the Participant's email address indicated in the complaint (i.e., accordingly to the method of submitting the complaint).

[Complaint Resolution Body] The complaint procedure will be conducted by the Agency, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer. Complaints are resolved based on the provisions of the Regulations and generally applicable law.

[Voluntary Complaints] The use of the complaint procedure is voluntary. In any case, the Participant has the right to pursue claims through court proceedings.

§ 5. PERSONAL DATA – INFORMATION CLAUSE

[GDPR] Personal data of Promotion Participants will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation „GDPR”) and in accordance with other Polish laws issued on its basis concerning personal data protection.

[Data Controller and Contact Details] The controller of Participants' personal data is the Organizer – Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw („Controller”). For matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Controller by correspondence to the above registered office address or by electronic mail to: RODO@groupeseb.com.

[Data Protection Officer] The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, with whom you can contact for all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights of data subjects, at the email address: RODO@groupeseb.com or by correspondence to: Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o., ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw, with the annotation „IOD”.

[Transfer of Personal Data to Other Entities] The recipient of personal data is the Agency – Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow), to whom the Controller, based on a separate agreement, has entrusted the processing of Participants' personal data for the purpose and scope necessary for the service and implementation of the Promotion. Recipients of Participants' personal data also include entities whose services the Controller or Agency uses for the service and implementation of the Promotion, such as: IT service providers (e.g., hosting, email), postal operators, and possibly legal offices or accounting firms. Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized to request information on the basis of applicable laws.

[Scope of Data Processing] To fulfill the obligations arising from the Promotion, the Participant provides the Organizer with their personal data, i.e.: first and last name, email address, phone number, and in the case of complaint proceedings, the correspondence address or email address to which the response should be sent. Providing personal data referred to in this section is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Promotion.

[Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing] Participants' personal data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal bases:

[Newsletter and Marketing Content – Consent] When filling out the Form, the Participant can subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter, under the terms and conditions indicated in the regulations available on the Organizer's website (LINK) („Tefal Club”). Subscription to the Tefal Club is voluntary – the Participant does not have to subscribe to the Tefal Club to participate in the Promotion. Consent to receive newsletters and other marketing content from the Administrator includes consent to receive marketing content regarding products, offers, promotions, and news from the Administrator to the provided email address (also via automated message sending systems), including content tailored to the Participant as a result of profiling, as well as the implementation of a loyalty program for persons subscribed to the Tefal Club. The consent referred to above can be withdrawn at any time (e.g., by contacting the Administrator at the email address: RODO@groupeseb.com, or by using the special link visible in the newsletter message). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

[Period of Personal Data Processing] Participants' personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the respective processing purposes, i.e., in the case of:

[Rights of Data Subjects] Each data subject has the right:

[Objection to Direct Marketing] If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing, at any time.

[Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area] Participants' personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The principles of conducting the Promotion are defined by the Regulations and the provisions of generally applicable Polish law.

2. The Regulations are available at the registered office of the Organizer and the Agency, in Stationary Stores, and on the website dedicated to the Promotion: promocjetefal.pl/generatorrituals
