Regulations for the promotion "Buy a promotional Tefal product, leave a review and receive a 23% cashback on your account"

§ 1. General Provisions

[Organizer] The organizer of the promotion "Buy a promotional Tefal product, leave a review and receive a 23% cashback on your account" ("Promotion") is Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000103545, NIP: 5220101645, BDO number: 000017755, with a share capital of PLN 21,000,000 ("Organizer").

[Coordinator] Organizational and technical activities related to the implementation of the Promotion are carried out by Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o. (formerly Grupa 3 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Agencja Reklamowa sp.k.) with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001123777, NIP: 6772355485, with a share capital of PLN 50,000, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer ("Agency"). Contact with the Agency is possible by correspondence to the above-mentioned registered office address of the Agency, by e-mail to: tefal@promocje.grupa3.com.pl or by phone: +48 726 680 900 (the helpline is available on business days from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM; the cost of the call is the same as a regular phone call according to the Participant's operator tariff).

[Promotional Product] The promotion applies only to the following models of Tefal brand products ("Promotional Product"/"Promotional Products") with the following references:

§ 2. Participation Rules

[Territory] The promotion is organized in Poland.

[Stores Covered by the Promotion] The promotion is valid in stationary stores indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations ("Stationary Stores") and in online stores indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the Regulations ("Online Stores"), in which Promotional Products are sold (hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Points of Sale Covered by the Promotion").

[Duration] The promotion includes purchases of Promotional Products made at Points of Sale Covered by the Promotion from July 28, 2025, until the prize pool is exhausted (as per § 2 sec. 8 of the Regulations), but no later than September 30, 2025 ("Promotional Sales Period"). For the purposes of the Promotion, the date of purchase is determined by the date of acquisition of the Promotional Product shown on the proof of purchase.

[Recipients] The promotion is addressed exclusively to consumers, and only consumers can participate in it. A consumer is understood as a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their economic or professional activity (Art. 221 of the Civil Code). For the purposes of the Promotion, a purchase made by a consumer is considered a purchase documented by a fiscal receipt (without the buyer's NIP) or a so-called consumer invoice, i.e., an invoice issued to a natural person not conducting business activity (invoice without the buyer's NIP). Purchases "for business" (as part of business activity) or made by organizational units are excluded from the Promotion.

[Familiarization with the Regulations] Persons participating in the Promotion, by accepting the declaration contained in the application form, confirm that they have familiarized themselves with the provisions of the Regulations.

[Business Days] Whenever the Regulations mention "business days," it should be understood as days from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays.

[Participant] A participant in the Promotion can only be an adult natural person, residing in Poland for tax purposes and having full legal capacity, who, as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code ("Participant"):

[Persons Who Cannot Participate in the Promotion] The following persons cannot participate in the Promotion:

[Employees] For the purposes of the Regulations, "employees" are understood as persons employed under an employment contract, as well as under a civil law contract, including interns, trainees, and volunteers.

[Voluntary Participation in the Promotion] Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

[Prohibition of Combining Promotions] Participation in the Promotion cannot be combined with participation in other promotions organized by the Organizer (including in the "Guaranteed Satisfaction Program") or carried out at its request, concerning the Promotional Product purchased by the Participant ("Other Promotions"), unless the regulations or another document specifying the principles and conditions of such Other Promotion clearly indicates otherwise.

[Participation in the Promotion] If the Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Promotion and receiving a prize specified in the Regulations, they can participate in the Promotion by registering the purchase of a Promotional Product. A Participant may participate in the Promotion more than once, subject to point 6 below, however, for each purchased Promotional Product, the Participant can receive a Prize only once. In the case of purchasing several Promotional Products, the right to a Prize is granted provided that the Participant meets the Promotion conditions specified in the Regulations for each purchased Promotional Product.

[Conditions for Multiple Participation in the Promotion] One fiscal receipt or consumer invoice, regardless of the number of Promotional Products purchased (covered by such proof of purchase), authorizes the submission of only one application, as referred to in point 9 below (this means that if a Participant wishes to take advantage of the Promotion multiple times, each purchase of a Promotional Product must be documented by a separate fiscal receipt/consumer invoice).

[Promotion Rules] The promotion consists in the fact that if the Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Promotion and receiving a prize specified in the Regulations and purchases a Promotional Product during the Promotional Sales Period at a Point of Sale Covered by the Promotion (provided that the prize pool indicated by the Organizer below has not been exhausted), they will receive a prize in the form of a one-time refund of a monetary amount equal to 23% of the gross price of the purchased Promotional Product, indicated on the proof of purchase, paid to the Participant to the bank account number or cooperative savings and credit union account specified in the form referred to in point 9 below ("Prize"). The Organizer has funded a total of 1000 (one thousand) such Prizes.

[Prize Pool] Prizes are awarded based on the order of applications. The right to receive a Prize is granted until the exhaustion of the reserves specified in point 7 above, i.e., for the first 1000 (one thousand) Participants who have correctly registered the purchase of a Promotional Product. After the prize pool is exhausted, the Organizer will disable the form referred to in point 9 below. Unallocated Prizes remain at the Organizer's disposal.

[Form] To receive a Prize, the Participant is obliged, within 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of purchase of the Promotional Product, to correctly fill out the application form available on the website: promocjetefal.pl/zwrot23 ("Form"), providing the Participant's true details (as described below), and to send the completed Form via this website, along with the attached:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Application").

The Form requires the following information: Participant's first and last name, Participant's bank account number held by a bank operating in Poland or a cooperative savings and credit union operating in Poland, Participant's e-mail address, choice of the purchased Promotional Product model, Point of Sale Covered by the Promotion where the purchase of the Promotional Product was made, and a declaration (by checking the "checkbox") of having read and accepted the provisions of the Regulations. After sending the Application, the Participant will immediately (i.e., no later than 1 hour after sending the Application) receive the Application Number ("Application Number") at the e-mail address provided during registration.

[Opinion] The opinion, a photo or screenshot of which should be attached to the Application to participate in the Promotion, must meet the following requirements:

[Character of the Opinion] The opinion should be the Participant's own, independent assessment of the Promotional Product. The Organizer does not influence the content of the opinion.

[Proof of Purchase Retention] The Participant is obliged to retain the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product (receipt or consumer invoice) and the cut-out EAN barcode from the Promotional Product packaging until the verification of the Participant's Application is completed. Upon the explicit request of the Agency, communicated to the Participant within 7 (seven) business days from the date of sending the Application, the Participant shall present the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product (e.g., by sending the proof of purchase of the Promotional Product in electronic form via e-mail to the Agency, or by sending the paper proof of purchase/printout via courier, at the Agency's expense, to the address indicated below) and the fragment with the barcode (EAN) cut out from the Promotional Product packaging by sending it via courier, at the Agency's expense, to the following address: Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow, with the annotation "Buy a promotional Tefal product, leave a review and get a 23% cashback on your account". The Agency will return the received proof of purchase of the Promotional Product to the Participant (in the case of a paper proof of purchase/printout) and the fragment with the barcode (EAN) cut out from the packaging within 7 (seven) business days from the date of their receipt from the Participant. If the Participant refuses to comply with the request sent by the Agency or fails to comply with it within the extended deadline, such Application will not be considered in the Promotion.

[Verification Period] Verification of the Application will take place within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the Participant sends the complete application form with the required attachments. The Agency, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer, will inform the Participant about the verification result. In the case of positive verification, within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of its completion, the Agency will make the Prize payment to the bank account or cooperative savings and credit union account indicated by the Participant in the Application. The Participant will be informed about the transfer preparation via e-mail.

[Participant Data] The personal data of the Participant indicated in the Form must be consistent with the personal data of the buyer of the Promotional Product indicated on the proof of purchase (if the personal data on the proof of purchase have been disclosed).

[Failure to Meet Promotion Conditions] Persons who have not met the conditions for participation in the Promotion specified in the Regulations will be informed by the Agency by sending relevant information to the e-mail address provided in the Form.

[Prohibited Content] It is forbidden to publish content in the Opinion that is illegal, uncensored, or offensive. The following content is particularly prohibited:

[Technical Requirements] The Promotion website (promocjetefal.pl/zwrot23) has been prepared in accordance with current market standards. The website operates in versions for personal computers (desktop version) and mobile devices (mobile version). To use the Promotion website, including the Form, the Participant must have a device (e.g., personal computer, tablet, smartphone) equipped with a web browser and Internet access. The Participant's web browser should have cookies and JavaScript enabled, which are necessary for the Promotion website to function. We recommend using one of the popular web browsers in its latest version. It is forbidden to provide content (including attachments to the Form) that is illegal or may pose a threat to the proper functioning of the Promotion website.

§ 3. TAXES

[Income Tax for Natural Persons] Prizes related to sales promotions received by Participants of the Promotion are exempt from personal income tax, as their one-time value does not exceed PLN 2,000 (Art. 21 sec. 1 point 68 of the Personal Income Tax Act).

§ 4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

[Form of Complaint] Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion may be submitted in any way that allows the Agency to familiarize itself with their content, e.g., by sending them to the Agency's address: Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa Sp. z o.o., ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow or by electronic mail to the address: tefal@promocje.grupa3.com.pl with the annotation "Buy a promotional Tefal product, leave a review and get a 23% cashback on your account".

[Content of Complaint] The complaint should include the first and last name of the person lodging the complaint and their correspondence address (in the case of a complaint sent by letter) or e-mail address (in the case of a complaint sent by electronic mail), as well as a description or indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request.

[Complaint Review] An answer to the complaint will be provided within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The person lodging the complaint will be informed about the manner of reviewing the complaint – unless the content of the complaint indicates a different request from the person lodging the complaint regarding the manner of providing the answer – by registered letter to the address provided in the complaint, and in the case where the complaint was sent by the Participant by electronic mail – to the Participant's e-mail address indicated in the complaint (i.e., corresponding to the manner of submitting the complaint).

[Complaint Reviewing Entity] The complaint procedure will be conducted by the Agency, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Organizer. Complaints are reviewed based on the provisions of the Regulations and generally applicable law.

[Voluntary Complaint Procedure] Using the complaint procedure is voluntary. In any case, the Participant has the right to pursue claims through court proceedings.

§ 5. PERSONAL DATA – INFORMATION CLAUSE

[GDPR] Personal data of Participants will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, i.e., in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR") and in accordance with other Polish generally applicable provisions of law issued on its basis concerning personal data protection.

[Data Controller and Contact Details] The controller of Participants' personal data is the Organizer – Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw ("Controller"). For matters related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Controller by mail at the above-mentioned registered office address or by electronic mail at: RODO@groupeseb.com.

[Data Protection Inspector] The Controller has appointed a data protection inspector with whom you can contact for all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights by data subjects, at the e-mail address: RODO@groupeseb.com or by mail at: Groupe SEB Polska sp. z o.o., ul. Inflancka 4C, 00-189 Warsaw, with the annotation "IOD".

[Transfer of Personal Data to Other Entities] The recipient of personal data is the Agency – Grupa 3 Agencja Reklamowa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow (ul. Murarska 3, 31-311 Krakow), to whom the Controller, under a separate agreement, has entrusted the processing of Participants' personal data for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the service and implementation of the Promotion. Recipients of Participants' personal data also include entities whose services the Controller or the Agency uses for the service and implementation of the Promotion, such as: IT service providers (e.g., hosting, e-mail), postal operator, bank, possibly also law firms or accounting firms. Furthermore, personal data may be made available to entities authorized to request information under applicable law.

[Scope of Processed Data] For the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the implementation of the Promotion, the Participant provides the Organizer with their personal data, namely: first and last name, e-mail address, Participant's account number, and in the case of complaint proceedings, correspondence address or e-mail address to which the response should be sent. Providing the personal data referred to in this point is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Promotion.

[Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data] Participants' personal data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal bases:

[Newsletter and Marketing Content – Consent] When filling out the Form, the Participant can subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter, under the terms and conditions available on the Organizer's website (LINK) ("Tefal Club"). Subscription to the Tefal Club is voluntary – the Participant does not have to subscribe to the Tefal Club to participate in the Promotion. Consent to receive newsletters and other marketing content from the Organizer includes consent to receive marketing content regarding the Organizer's products, offers, promotions, and news from the Organizer to the provided e-mail address (including via automated message sending systems), including content tailored to the Participant as a result of profiling, as well as the implementation of a loyalty program intended for persons subscribed to the Tefal Club. The consent also includes the processing by the Organizer for the above purpose of the Participant's personal data (first name and surname, e-mail address, data collected during profiling). The consent granted, referred to above, may be withdrawn at any time (e.g., by contacting the Controller at the e-mail address: RODO@groupeseb.com, or by using the special link visible in the newsletter message). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

[Period of Personal Data Processing] Participants' personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the individual processing purposes, i.e., in the case of:

[Rights Granted] Each data subject has the right:

[Objection to Direct Marketing] If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing.

[Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area] Participants' personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The principles of conducting the Promotion are defined by the Regulations and the provisions of generally applicable Polish law.

2. The Regulations are available at the registered office of the Organizer and the Agency, in Stationary Stores, and on the website dedicated to the Promotion: promocjetefal.pl/zwrot23.
