Battery Information

The RT1 has an internal battery with a capacity of 10000 mAh and supports 18W fast charging. Please follow the safety warnings regarding battery usage:

Use only OUKITEL-approved batteries.
Incompatible batteries can cause serious injury or damage.
Do not expose batteries or the device to high temperatures or heating devices.
Do not disassemble, puncture, or immerse the battery in liquids.
Avoid dropping or crushing the battery.

Getting Started

How to Insert the Card

To enable calls, insert the SIM card as follows:

Insert the ejector pin into the side hole to pop out the card tray.
Remove the card slot and place 2 Nano SIM cards or 1 Nano SIM card and 1 TF card with the metal side facing down. Ensure the bevel angle of the card slot and SIM match.
With the pad facing up, insert the cardholder into the pad in the direction of the arrow.

How to Boot

Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.

Basic Operations

How to Send SMS, MMS

SMS

Open the SMS app.
Select 'New Information'.
Enter a phone number or browse contacts.
Select 'Edit Information' and enter your text.
Send.

MMS-video

When writing a text message, select images, videos, or other files to add. You can also take a new picture or video.
Select or send.

Language Switching Settings

Navigate to Main menu > Settings > System > Language and Input method.
Select Language and Input method > Language > Add language.
Choose your desired language. The system will automatically return to the language interface.
Select the icon next to the language bar and drag it to the first position.

SAR Information

The maximum electromagnetic radiation absorption ratio (SAR) for this product is ≤2.0W/kg, in line with national standard GB 21288-2007.

Safety Precautions

Keep the pad at least 15cm away from medical implants or pacemakers. Do not place the device in a coat pocket.
Do not expose the device or batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment.
Disconnect the charger when charging is complete or not in use.
Do not attempt to replace the non-removable battery yourself.
Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
Do not disassemble, reset, immerse, or puncture the battery to prevent leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.

Maintenance

Understand the maintenance procedures for safe and effective use and to prolong the device's lifespan.
Follow manual instructions for opening the device and disassembling accessories. Do not attempt other methods.
Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the device. Rough handling can damage the screen, internal circuit board, and delicate structure.
Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the device with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water and mild soap.
Clean the lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
For abnormal situations like screen crashes: For devices with non-removable batteries, press and hold the power button for at least 12 seconds to force a restart. For devices with removable batteries, remove and reinsert the battery, then restart.
Unplug the charger when not in use. Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging can shorten battery life.
