Battery
The C36 features an internal battery with a capacity of 5150 mAh. The battery status can be monitored via the icon on the top right of the screen.
Warning:
- Use only OUKITEL-approved batteries designed for this phone.
- Incompatible batteries may cause serious injury or damage to the phone.
- Never place batteries or phones on or in heating devices like microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators, as overheating can cause explosions.

How to insert the card
To ensure your phone can make calls, insert the SIM card as follows:
- Insert the ejector pin into the hole on the side of the phone to pop out the card tray.
- With the phone facing up, insert the SIM card(s) and TF card into the cardholder in the direction of the arrow.
The phone supports dual SIM cards and a TF card.
How to boot
With the non-removable battery, press the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.
How to send SMS, MMS
SMS
- Open the SMS app.
- Select 'New Information'.
- Enter a phone number or browse your contacts.
- Select 'Edit Information', enter your text.
- Send.
MMS-video
- When writing a text message, you can select images, videos, or other files to add.
- You can also take a new picture or video directly.
- Select 'Send'.
Language switching settings
- Navigate to Main menu > Settings > System > Language and input method.
- Select 'Language and input method' > 'Language' > 'Language adding'.
- Select your desired language. The system will automatically switch.
- To set it as primary, select the icon next to the language bar and drag it to the first position.
SAR (Specific Absorption Rate)
The maximum electromagnetic radiation absorption ratio (SAR) of this product is ≤2.0W/kg, in line with national standards.
Relevant standards include: EN62209-1:2016, EN 62209-2:2010, EN 62479:2010, EN 50360:2017, EN 50566:2017.
The highest reported SAR level for body-worn usage (10mm) is 0.565 W/kg. Body simultaneous transmission is 0.923 W/kg. Head SAR is 1.006 W/kg and Head simultaneous transmission is 1.453 W/kg. Hotspot SAR is 0.573 W/kg and Hotspot simultaneous transmission is 0.892 W/kg.
Safety
To ensure safety during use, strictly abide by the following rules:
- Keep the device at least 15cm away from medical implants or rhythm adjusters. Do not place the device in your coat pocket.
- Do not expose the device or batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, etc.). Overheating can cause explosions.
- Disconnect the charger when charging is complete or not in use.
- Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself if it is non-removable, as this may damage the battery or device.
- Use only approved power sources, chargers, and batteries to avoid fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble, reset, puncture, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to prevent leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Avoid dropping, crushing, or scratching the battery to prevent internal short-circuit and overheating.
- The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.

Maintenance
- Understand the maintenance procedures to use the phone safely and extend its service life.
- Follow manual instructions for opening the phone and disassembling accessories. Do not attempt other methods.
- Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the phone. Rough handling can cause screen rupture or damage internal components.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents. Clean the phone case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water and mild soap.
- Clean lenses (e.g., camera lens) and the display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Unplug the charger from the power outlet when not in use. Avoid prolonged charging of a fully charged battery, as it shortens battery life.
