Battery
The mobile phone has a built-in battery. You can monitor the battery status via the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Attention: Use only manufacturer-approved batteries specifically designed for your phone. Incompatible batteries may cause serious injury or damage to the phone. Never place batteries or phones on or inside heating devices such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators. Overheating batteries may explode.
Device Overview
The OUKITEL WP28 features the following components:
- Front: Light sensor, Speaker, Front camera, Volume Up button, Volume Down button, Power button, Touchscreen.
- Bottom: Type-C Port, Microphone.
- Side: SIM card slot.
- Back: Main camera, Flash, Ventilation hole.
How to Insert SIM Card
- Ensure the phone can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order.
- Insert the pin into the side hole to eject the card tray.
- Insert the card holder into the panel in the direction of the arrow.
How to Start the Device
The device has a built-in non-removable battery. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to start the device.
How to Send SMS, MMS
SMS
- Open the SMS app.
- Select "New message".
- Enter the phone number or select from your contacts.
- Select "Edit message" and enter the text.
- Send.
MMS
When creating a text message, select images, videos, or other files you want to add. Select and send.
Language Settings
From the main menu, navigate to "System Settings", then "Language & input method". In the "Language & input method" menu, select "Language", then "Add language". Select the desired language, and the system will automatically switch to the language interface.
SAR Information
The maximum specific absorption rate (SAR) for this product is <2.0 W/kg. This complies with national standards EN62209-1:2016; EN 62209-2:2010; EN 62479:2010; EN 50360:2017; EN 50566:2017.
Safety
To ensure safe and effective use of the product, strictly adhere to the following:
- Keep the device at least 15 cm away from any medical implant or cardiac pacemaker. Never put the device in a shirt pocket.

Maintenance
Familiarize yourself with the care and maintenance information for this phone to use it more safely and effectively, and to maximize its service life.
- For opening the device, disassembling accessories, etc., follow the instructions in the manual and do not attempt to use other instructions.
- Do not drop, hit, or shake the device. Careless handling may lead to screen breakage, internal board damage, etc.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean the device. Wipe the body with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water and mild soap.
- Clean the camera and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the outlet. Do not connect a fully charged battery to the charger for an extended period, as overcharging will shorten the battery life.
