Installation Instructions
Installation Environment
Ensure the following conditions for optimal installation:
- Pipeline distance between water supply and base station: ≤19.7ft.
- Pipeline distance between dirty water outlet and base station: ≤19.7ft.
- Height of the dirty water pipe from the ground: ≤2.6ft for smooth drainage.
- Water supply connection: PT 1/2-14 thread is recommended. Use a compatible adapter if needed.
- Water supply pressure: 0.14 MPa to 0.8 MPa. A booster pump or pressure relief valve may be required outside this range.
- Avoid using pipe valves prone to rusting or leakage at the water source.
Installing the Water Pipeline
[Diagram description: An overview diagram showing the faucet ?, clean water T-joint, explosion-proof pipe, control box, solenoid valve cable, clean water pipe, and dirty water pipe connected to the base station and a water outlet ?.]
Step 1: Install Clean Water T-joint and Explosion-proof Pipe
- Turn off the water supply.
- Select the appropriate installation location based on specific conditions.
- Use the supplied wrench ? to remove the faucet, angle valve, or other water supply joints.
- Check and install the filter inside the T-joint.
- Install the T-joint onto the water supply joint, ensuring the filter is on the water inlet side.
- Use the socket wrench to tighten the explosion-proof pipe to the clean water T-joint.
[Diagram description: Detailed illustrations showing the connection of the clean water T-joint, filter, and explosion-proof pipe to a water supply faucet. Two connection options are illustrated: one connecting to the female thread end of the water supply, and another connecting to the outlet pipe of the faucet.]
Step 2: Install the Control Box
- Check that the filter is installed in the inlet pipe of the control box.
- Connect the other end of the explosion-proof pipe to the male thread end of the control box.
- Use the socket wrench to tighten the explosion-proof pipe clockwise.
[Diagram description: Illustration showing the control box with its filter and the connection of the explosion-proof pipe.]
Step 3: Install the Automatic Water Exchange Unit
- Open the top lid of the base station and remove the dirty water tank and clean water tank.
- Remove the pin and blowhole protection covers. [Visual cue: "Blowhole protection cover", "Pin protection cover"]
- Pry off the rear protection cover using your hand or a screwdriver ?.
- Insert a screwdriver into the inlet and outlet pipes of the base station until the inner protection cover is released. [Visual cue: "Protection cover"]
- Place the automatic water exchange module vertically into the base station along the rear panel.
- Store spare parts in the base station for future use.
[Diagram description: A sequence of illustrations showing the steps for accessing and installing the main unit into the base station, including removing covers and placing the module.]
Step 4: Install the Pipeline
- Firmly insert the clean water pipe into the quick connector of the control box until the marker line disappears. If the marker line is visible, the pipe is not installed properly.
- Determine the required length for the dirty water pipe based on the sewage outlet position. Cut off excess pipe length using the pipe cutter ?. (A pipe that is too long may affect sewage discharge.)
- Connect the other ends of the clean water pipe and dirty water pipe to their respective adapters. Insert the pipes until the marker line is no longer visible.
- Insert the water pipe adapter into the base station until it clicks. Check the O-ring condition before connecting; apply neutral cleaning liquid for lubrication if needed.
- Connect the solenoid valve cable of the control box to the back of the base station. Secure the dirty water pipe with a cable tie ?️ to prevent it from slipping out of the sewage outlet.
- Use the cable clip to organize the clean water pipe and dirty water pipe into the storage pipe, cutting off any excess. [Visual cue: "Decorative pipe"]

Step 5: Installation Self-test
- Ensure the power supply is reliably connected and there is adequate space around the unit.
- On the robot's homepage, swipe down to access the drop-down setup menu.
- Swipe to the "Automatic Water Change Self-test" function and tap "Confirm" to start.
- Upon completion, the screen will display "Automatic Water Change Completed". If any abnormalities occur, follow the on-screen instructions for troubleshooting.
