Installation Instructions
- Locate the dimples in the boot floor (two each side above each chassis member). Drill 11mm holes down through the chassis and open the top holes only to 19mm. NOTE: Inside the right hand chassis there is a wire-take care not to damage.
- Place item D into the freshly drilled holes inside the boot. Place item C over these holes and locate item F down through the plates and tubes. Loosely bolt item A using the M10 nuts and item K.
- Using item H with item K secure item A on the right hand side.
- Using item G with item J bolt item B to item A.
- Using item E bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate (not supplied in this kit) to the mounting plate.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the Towbar is rigid and secure.

Notes
- Recommended Torque Setting for M12 Grade 10.9 - 130 Nm. (For other Torque Settings see notes overleaf.)
- Nose load limits and vehicle manufacturers trailer / caravan weight limits must be observed.
