Diagram Description
The diagram illustrates an exploded view of the Tow-Trust TLDV1 towbar assembly. The main component is the TLDV1 Crossmember (Item A), a robust horizontal bar. Two Side Arms (Item B) are designed to attach vertically to each end of the crossmember. Angle brackets, specifically the Left Hand Angle Bracket (Item C1) and Right Hand Angle Bracket (C2), connect the Side Arms to the vehicle's chassis. Captive Nut Plates (Item D) are shown, which are designed to be inserted into the vehicle's chassis to provide secure mounting points. A Clamp Plate (Item E) is also included, intended for attachment to the rear of the faceplate. The assembly process involves various fasteners: Bolts and Nyloc Nuts (Items F, G, H, J, K) and Flat Washers (Items L, M). Dashed lines in the diagram indicate the intended connections and assembly sequence for these components.
Notes
- For Torque settings see general notes overleaf.
