SHADA LED's Light: Installation and Safety Guide

Installation Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for the installation of your SHADA LED's light fixture.

Step 1: Mounting

Mount the fixture to a wall. Ensure a minimum distance of 15cm from the ceiling.

Step 2: Wall Preparation

Drill holes in the wall at the indicated positions and insert appropriate wall plugs. The spacing of the holes is shown.

Step 3: Electrical Connection

Connect the electrical wires. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections. (Typically: Brown for Live, Blue for Neutral, Green/Yellow for Earth).

Step 4: Sensor Adjustment

Adjust the motion sensor head. The sensor can be tilted and swiveled.

Steps 5-10: Wiring and Cable Gland

Prepare the electrical cable by stripping the wires (Step 5). Insert the wires into the appropriate terminals (Step 6). Secure the cable gland to prevent moisture ingress and strain on the wires (Steps 7-10). Ensure all connections are tight and properly insulated.

Steps 11-12: Conduit Connection

Connect the conduit or pipe to the fixture's entry point.

Step 13: Sensor Settings

Configure the sensor settings:

Detection Angle: 100°
Maximum Range: 8 meters at a height of 3 meters.
Lux Level: Adjustable from 3 to 1000 lux (controls light sensitivity).
Time Delay: Adjustable from 5 seconds to 10 minutes (controls how long the light stays on after motion detection).

LED Module Replacement

Important: This procedure must only be performed by qualified personnel. Opening the device voids the warranty. If necessary, use 70% alcohol for cleaning.

The process involves disconnecting power, safely opening the fixture, removing the old LED module, installing the new module, and reassembling the unit. Refer to the detailed diagrams (Steps 1-21 on page 2) for specific instructions.
