PARTS LIST
A comprehensive list of parts with quantities is provided in the manual. Key components include various tubes (Parts 1, 2, 3Y, 4Y, D1, D2, D3, D4Y, D5Y, D6Y, D7Y), connectors (Parts AY, AY-1, AY-2, C), base supports (Parts 5, 6), a roof panel (Part J), netting (Part F), and fasteners (Parts H, K, L, M, N, P, D8).
Note on Button Clips: Tubes and joints are connected using pre-inserted button clips. Press the clip to insert the tube. Forcing may damage the clip. Pay attention to the orientation of Part P.
Note on Part 3Y and C connection: Ensure the button clip on Part C points left and right when connecting Part 3Y.
Note on Screw L: A power tool is needed to drive screw L into tube D7Y.
Note on Parts D3 and D6Y: Exact placement is not critical, but ensure D6Y is covered by two pairs of H. Screw L is not used in detailed illustrations for adjustment flexibility. Use screw L to secure H once satisfied with the placement.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
The assembly is divided into several steps, visually guided by diagrams:
Step 1: Base Frame Assembly
Connect parts 1, 2, 5, 6, C, and D to form the base structure of the coop. Part P is used to secure these connections.
Step 2: Vertical Supports
Attach vertical tubes (Part 3Y) to the base frame using the button clips on Part C. Ensure correct orientation of the clips.
Step 3: Upper Frame (Sides)
Install horizontal and angled tubes (Parts AY, AY-2) to create the side structure.
Step 4: Upper Frame (Roof Arches)
Attach the roof arch tubes (Parts AY-1, 4Y) to complete the main frame structure.
Step 5: Roof Supports
Install roof support tubes (Parts D1, D2, D5Y, D4Y, D7Y) along the arched frame. Use screw L with a power tool for D7Y.
Step 6: Roof Supports (Center)
Install center roof support tubes (Parts D3, D6Y) and secure them with fasteners (H, K, L).
Step 7: Rear Support
Attach the rear support bracket (D8) and secure with fastener K.
Step 8: Netting Installation
Unroll the poultry net (F) and attach it to the frame. Do not precut the net. Roll it along the tubes and cut as needed. Use zip-ties to fasten. Follow the arrows in the diagrams for the correct direction of net placement. Overlaps between nets are expected.
Note on Netting: For the back of the coop, roll the net without measuring. For the front, it may be easier to measure and cut the net. The front rectangular area is wider than the net roll, so vertical rolling might not cover it completely. Follow the arrows for rolling and cutting.
