Product Introduction
The HW706 transmits real-time heart rate data through Bluetooth or ANT+ to receiving devices, such as sports watches, bike computers, and fitness apps. It helps you manage your exercise intensity scientifically.
This user manual is provided to help you understand how to use this product. Please keep it for future reference.
Note: This product is intended for sports purposes only and is not a substitute for any medical device.
Function and Operation
Power On
To power on, press the on/off button. The LED blue light will flash quickly, indicating the monitor is starting to acquire heart rate data. Once the heart rate is detected, the light will flash slowly.

Power Off
To power off, press the on/off button when the device is not in use. The LED red light will flash quickly, and then the device will shut down.
Power and Charging
- When the on/off button is pressed and the LED red light is on, it indicates that the battery is low and requires charging.
- The product uses magnetic charging. During charging, the RED and GREEN LED lights will flash alternately. After the battery is fully charged, the GREEN LED will remain on, signaling that charging can be stopped.

Wearing
Wear the armband on the upper portion of the forearm. The monitor should be positioned on the inside or top of the forearm. It should be worn snugly enough to prevent movement but not so tight as to restrict arm circulation.

Initial Setup with Bluetooth Smart Fitness Apps
- Turn on Bluetooth in your phone's settings.
- Wear the monitor correctly and press the start button.
Note: Do not search for and add devices directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Add the heart rate monitor within the companion app.
Connection with ANT+ Sports Devices
This section applies to devices like Sports Watches and Bike Computers.
- Add the heart rate monitor to the ANT+ device's pairing list to find and connect it.
- Start your training session according to the reminder from your watch or other connected device, and check your real-time heart rate on the display screen.
Note: The Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ features of this product can operate simultaneously. If you need to connect to both a phone and ANT+ devices at the same time, please ensure the connected devices are equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 or ANT+.
