DOD Gunslinger MOSFET Distortion

Product Overview

The DOD Gunslinger MOSFET Distortion pedal delivers classic, amp-like distortion tones with modern reliability. This manual provides information on its controls, usage, specifications, and safety guidelines.

Controls and Indicators

The front panel features four control knobs, a footswitch, and an LED indicator:

Usage

Most guitarists and bassists prefer placing the Gunslinger at the beginning of their effects chain. A typical signal chain often consists of distortion effects first, followed by modulation effects (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, etc.), and finally time-based effects (Delay and Reverb). Placing the Gunslinger towards the front of your chain helps preserve its characteristic tone regardless of the subsequent pedal combination. Experimentation with different placements is encouraged to find your preferred sound.
