Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Minelab X-TERRA ELITE metal detector:

1. Connect the lower shaft to the control box.
2. Attach the search coil to the lower shaft.
3. Connect the cable from the search coil to the control box.
4. Slide the middle shaft into the lower shaft and adjust the length.
5. Slide the upper shaft into the middle shaft and adjust the length.
6. Secure all shafts using the locking mechanisms.
7. Attach the control box to the upper shaft.
8. Connect headphones if desired. [?]

Charging

Charge your detector using a good-quality USB charger with a minimum capacity of 2A @ 5V. Using low-quality chargers may risk failure. Look for safety marks like CE, EACE, and Intertek on chargers. Charging takes approximately 5-6 hours.
