Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps for a quick start to metal detecting with your X-TERRA ELITE.
1. Turn On
Press the power button ? to turn on the device.
2. Select Search Mode
Choose the appropriate search mode for your environment.
- PARK: For general use, coins. (Czech: Obecné / Mince)
- FIELD: For coins and artifacts. (Czech: Mince / Artefakty)
- BEACH: For fine jewelry, artifacts, wet/dry sand, and surf conditions. (Czech: Jemné šperky / Artefakty, Mokrý / suchý písek, Příboj, Pod vodou / Příboj)
3. Noise Cancel
Initiate noise cancellation ? to reduce interference. (Czech: Potlačení interferencí)
4. Start Detecting
Begin your search. (Czech: Zahájení detekce)

Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your Minelab X-TERRA ELITE metal detector.
- Attach the lower shaft to the search coil.
- Slide the middle shaft over the lower shaft and adjust to your height.
- Connect the control box to the upper shaft.
- Attach the upper shaft to the middle shaft.
- Secure the coil cable around the shaft.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are tightened.
- Connect the coil cable to the control box.
- Attach the armrest.
- Adjust the handle and armrest for comfort.

Charging
Charge your detector using a quality USB charger.
- Charging Time: 5-6 hours.
- Charger Requirement: Use a USB charger with a minimum capacity of 2A @ 5V. Using a low-quality charger may result in failure.
- Look for the CE and EAC marks on your USB charger.

Controls and Display
Familiarize yourself with the control panel and display.

- Sensitivity Level: Indicates the current sensitivity setting.
- Backlight: Controls the screen backlight.
