Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Base Panels

Insert 24 cam bolts (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the two large base panels. Ensure they are screwed in fully.

Step 2: Attach Connectors

Attach 4 plastic connectors (122628) to the edges of the base panels. Gently tap them into place if needed.

Step 3: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 2 screws (117186) and 2 cam bolts (117186) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 4: Insert Dowels into Side Panels

Insert 12 wooden dowels (101350) into the holes on the side panels.

Step 5: Insert Cam Bolts into Side Panels

Insert 2 cam bolts (100481) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 6: Prepare Shelf Pieces

Insert 12 wooden dowels (101350) into the holes on the shelf pieces.

Step 7: Attach Cam Locks to Side Panels

Attach 2 cam locks (102509) to the designated holes on the side panels. These will be used to secure other components later.

Step 8: Assemble Main Frame

Connect the side panels to the base structure. Use 9 cam locks (102509) to secure the side panels to the base. Turn the cam locks clockwise with a screwdriver to tighten.

Step 9: Secure Side Panels

Use 1 cam lock (102509) on each side to further secure the side panels to the main structure. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 10: Prepare Vertical Support

Attach 2 wooden dowels (101350) to a vertical support piece.

Step 11: Attach Cam Lock to Vertical Support

Attach 1 cam lock (102509) to the vertical support piece. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 12: Insert Vertical Support

Insert the vertical support rod (1055480) into the designated slots in the base structure.

Step 13: Secure Vertical Supports

Secure the vertical supports to the main structure using cam locks: 1 cam lock (102509) on one side and 9 cam locks (102509) on the other. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 14: Secure Top/Back Panels

Secure the top or back panels to the structure using 1 cam lock (102509) on each side. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 15: Attach Hanger Rod

Attach the hanger rod (100001) using 2 screws (100214) and the provided Allen key (100001).

Step 16: Main Frame Assembly Complete

The main frame of the coat rack is now assembled.

Step 17: Attach Knobs

Attach 4 knobs (10055455) to the top of the unit using screws (153286).

Step 18: Insert Shelf Supports

Insert 4 plastic caps/plugs (104171) into the designated holes for the shelves.

Step 19: Place Shelves

Place the shelves into the unit, aligning them with the shelf supports.

Step 20: Attach Top Rail

Attach the top rail using 2 cam locks (102509).

Step 21: Wall Mounting Instructions

WARNING: ⚠️ Wall attachment is required to prevent tip-over. Screws and wall plugs for the wall are NOT included. Use screws and plugs suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.

Drilling Guidance:

• For solid walls (e.g., concrete, brick): Use a Ø8 mm (5/16") drill bit. Insert appropriate wall plugs.
• For hollow walls (e.g., drywall): Use a Ø8 mm (5/16") drill bit. Use appropriate wall anchors and screws.
• For other mounting needs: Use a Ø3 mm (1/8") drill bit.

Recommended screw lengths are approximately 70 mm (3/4") or ~30 mm (~1 1/4"), depending on your wall type and fixings.

Safety Icons: Avoid placing near water/moisture ?. Avoid placing near heat sources ?.

Step 22: Attach Feet

Turn the unit upside down. Attach the 2 plastic feet (110646) to the bottom of the unit using screws.

Step 23: Attach Wall Brackets

Attach the 2 wall brackets (103693) to the furniture using appropriate screws (refer to diagrams for placement). Then, secure the furniture to the wall using appropriate wall fixings.
