The warranty does not cover the following cases:

STATUTORY WARRANTY

For products purchased in Hungary within the scope of a consumer contract and brought into circulation by the distributor, a mandatory statutory warranty applies according to Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.), the duration of which is calculated from the date of handover or commissioning of the product by the seller or the seller's intermediary:

Failure to meet these deadlines results in forfeiture of rights.

The statutory warranty is borne by the seller (distributor) who sold the product directly to you. Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.), the invalid issuance of the warranty card or the failure to provide the warranty card to the consumer does not affect the validity of the warranty. The seller (distributor) is obliged to fulfill claims made based on an invalidly issued warranty card. The exercise of rights arising from the statutory warranty does not require the return of the opened packaging of the product by the consumer. The provisions of this Warranty Card do not affect the consumer's rights arising from the law.

RIGHTS ENFORCEABLE UNDER STATUTORY WARRANTY

Only the designated service center can perform warranty repair work within the warranty period, based on a valid Warranty Card. For all warranty repairs, check that the repair slips are filled out correctly. Only new parts can be installed in the product during repair. If the designated workshop does not perform the repair or does not undertake it, the consumer may have the product repaired elsewhere at the expense of the warranty provider. Proof of payment with a valid invoice is required to reimburse the repair costs. The warranty claim for the part of the item affected by replacement or repair restarts.

GENERAL RULES FOR WARRANTY

If the product (from the date of its first purchase as new) malfunctions within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or the use of improper materials during manufacturing, the official appliance service of the importer within the Warranty Territory will repair it free of charge, or replace the product or its defective part, provided that the conditions and limitations stated in this Warranty Card apply to the defective part. Ownership of all replaced products or parts transfers to the entity performing the replacement.

The warranty is valid only within the warranty period, upon presentation of the defective product and the original document proving the purchase (warranty card, or in its absence, an invoice or receipt) containing the date of purchase, model type, and the name of the selling distributor, which is readable and intact. Otherwise, the importer's official appliance service may refuse free warranty service.

The warranty does not apply to products where the type or serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible. Please carefully check the correct completion of the warranty card at the time of purchase and keep the warranty card carefully. Lost warranty cards can only be replaced upon credible proof of the date of sale (e.g., an invoice with date and stamp, presentation of a sales list). Any repair, deletion, alteration, or entry of false data on the warranty card renders the warranty card invalid.

To avoid loss or damage to removable data storage devices from the product, please remove them before submitting the product for repair. The warranty does not cover shipping costs and risks related to the transport of defective products to the importer or the importer's official appliance service by a carrier not designated by the importer. The manufacturer may provide additional supplementary warranty for the product specified in this warranty card, the terms of which – depending on the product – are included in the User Manual attached to the purchased product and/or on the manufacturer's official website. The consumer can report warranty claims related to the product at the representative points designated by the manufacturer, in addition to the legally mandatory warranty period. In case of disputes, the consumer may also initiate proceedings before the conciliation body operating alongside the county (capital city) chambers of commerce and industry.
