Introduction and Important Notes

Welcome to your new Yaheetech outdoor glider bench. Please read these instructions carefully before assembly.

Assembly Recommendations:

Assembly Tip:

To avoid damage during assembly, please follow the instruction manuals and use a protective pad or cover for the product and the floor.

Assembly Steps

General Assembly Note: During assembly, please first half-tighten all screws into the holes. After all screws are set, fully tighten them.

Step 1: Base Frame Assembly

Connect the left front leg frame (A), right front leg frame (B), left rear leg frame (C), and right rear leg frame (D) to form the main base structure. Secure these connections using 8x M6*15mm screws (N) and 8x washers (Q). The diagram shows these four leg frames forming a rectangle.

Parts used: A, B, C, D, N (x8), Q (x8)

Step 2: Attaching Side Supports

Attach the two side support bars (E) to the assembled base frame. Secure each side support bar using 4x M6*52mm screws (S), 4x M6 nuts (T), and 4x washers (U). The diagram shows part E connecting to the front and rear leg frames.

Parts used: E (x2), S (x4), T (x4), U (x4)

Step 3: Attaching Backrest Frames

Attach the left backrest frame (F) and the right backrest frame (G) to the rear leg frames (C, D). Secure each backrest frame using 4x M6*52mm screws (S), 4x M6 nuts (T), and 4x washers (U). The diagram shows F and G connecting to the top rear of the base structure.

Step 4: Attaching Seat Support and Armrest Structures

Attach the seat support frame (H) to the front leg frames (A, B) using 2x M6*30mm screws (R) and 2x washers (U). Attach the central support bar (I) between the side support bars (E) using 2x M6*15mm screws (N) and 2x washers (U). Attach the left armrest support structure (J) and right armrest support structure (K) to the side of the backrest frames (F, G) using 4x M6*52mm screws (S), 4x M6 nuts (T), and 4x washers (U). The diagram shows these connections and provides close-ups.

Parts used: H (x1), I (x1), J (x1), K (x1), N (x2), R (x2), S (x4), T (x4), U (x6)

Step 5: Attaching Table Support Leg

Attach the table support leg (M) to the underside of the central structure. Secure using 2x M6*30mm screws (R) and 2x washers (U). The diagram shows M connecting to the central structure.

Parts used: M (x1), R (x2), U (x2)

Step 6: Attaching Table Top Support Frame

Attach the table top support frame (L) to the armrest support structures (J, K). Secure using 4x M6*15mm screws (Q) and 4x washers (U). The diagram shows L connecting between the top of J and K.

Parts used: L (x1), Q (x4), U (x4)

Step 7: Final Frame Connections

Attach the armrest structures (J, K) to the main frame. Secure using 4x M6*15mm screws (P) and 4x washers (U). Also, attach the table support leg (M) to the frame using 2x M6*30mm screws (R) and 2x washers (U). The diagram shows connections for the armrest supports and the table support leg.

Parts used: J (x1), K (x1), M (x1), P (x4), R (x2), U (x4)

Step 8: Final Assembly and Tightening

Ensure all parts are correctly aligned. Fully tighten all screws and nuts previously half-tightened. The diagram shows the complete assembly and highlights final connection points for the table support (M) using screws (R) and washers (U).

Safety Warning

⚠️ Warning: Hands Pinching. Be cautious of finger and hand pinching during operation, especially when closing or adjusting the glider.
