Important Information

Usage Limitations

  • This device is intended for cleaning household floors only. Do not use it outdoors (e.g., balconies), on surfaces other than floors (e.g., sofas), or in industrial areas.
  • Do not use the device in areas without walls, barriers, or fences.
  • Do not use the product in areas where the temperature exceeds 40°C or is below 0°C, or where there is liquid on the floor.
  • Remove all cables from the floor to prevent the robot from pulling them.
  • Remove fragile objects and decorations (e.g., vases, plastic bags) from the floor, as the robot may collide with and damage them.
  • Individuals with reduced physical, mental, or perceptual abilities (including children) should not operate the device.
  • Children should not play with the robot. Keep children and pets away from the robot when it is operating.
  • Do not place objects, children, or pets on the robot while it is operating or charging.
  • Do not use the robot to clean hot/burning items (e.g., a smoldering cigarette).
  • Do not use the robot to clean long-pile fluffy carpets.
  • Do not use the robot to clean hard or sharp objects (e.g., glass, nails).
  • Do not use the laser radar cover as a tool for carrying or moving the device.
  • The robot and hub should be cleaned when powered off or in standby mode.
  • Do not cover the device with any liquid (the dustbin should be wiped dry before installation).
  • Do not turn the robot upside down to avoid damaging the laser radar.
  • Use the product according to the user manual. The user is responsible for damages caused by improper use.

Battery and Charging

  • Do not use third-party batteries, chargers, or charging hubs.
  • Do not use batteries not intended for charging.
  • Never attempt to remove, repair, or modify the battery or charging hub.
  • Do not place the charging hub near heat sources (e.g., radiators).
  • Do not clean the device with a wet cloth or liquid.
  • Do not dispose of batteries with household waste. They should be handed over to appropriate waste disposal services.
  • The device should be transported powered off in its original packaging.
  • If the device will not be used for a long time, fully charge the robot, turn it off, and store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Charge the robot at least once a month to maintain battery performance.

The product's laser radar complies with IEC 60825-1:2014 requirements for Class 1 laser products and does not generate laser radiation harmful to human health. ⚠️

Introduction

Network Configuration

When the vacuum cleaner is powered on, simultaneously press and hold the button and the button for 5 seconds until the device emits a sound, then release the buttons to activate network configuration. ?

Factory Reset

When the vacuum cleaner is powered on, simultaneously press and hold the button and the button for 10 seconds until the device emits a sound. This action will restore factory settings.

Smart Charging

Press the button ⚡ to initiate smart charging. A slowly flashing yellow LED indicates battery charging or a low battery level. ?

Power Button (On/Off)

Short press the button to start/stop sweeping. Long press the button for 3 seconds to turn the device on/off. ?

LED Indicators:

  • Solid blue: Successful connection / Normal operation / Standby mode. ?
  • Flashing blue: Powering on. ??
  • Slow flashing blue: Firmware update / Factory reset in progress. ??
  • Fast flashing blue: Network configuration. ?⚡

Reset Button

Installation

Self-Emptying Station Installation

  1. Place the automatic self-emptying station on a flat floor against a wall, plug it into an appropriate socket, and turn on the power. ??
  2. Ensure there are no obstacles within 1.2 meters in front and 0.5 meters on both sides of the station.

Dust Bag: The dust bag is a consumable item and should not be reused. It needs to be replaced regularly. ?️

Operation

Powering On/Off

Press the power button ? for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off. The power LED will flash slowly for 4 seconds and then light up with a solid blue light, indicating the device is ready. A sound notification will be heard upon startup. If the device remains stationary for over 20 minutes, it will enter sleep mode. In sleep mode, a short press of any button will wake it up. ?

Tip: The robot cannot be turned off or put to sleep while charging. ⚡

Cleaning

Turn on the vacuum cleaner with the mop, then press the button. Depending on the installed accessories, the vacuum cleaner will automatically start vacuuming or mopping. ??

App Connection

Scan the QR code to download and install the app. If the app is already installed, you will be redirected to the connection configuration page. Alternatively, search for "Mi Home/Xiaomi Home" in your app store. ?

Error Status

If the vacuum cleaner encounters an error during operation, the indicator light will flash red, and a voice warning will be issued. Refer to the Troubleshooting section for solutions. If no action is taken within 10 minutes, the vacuum cleaner will automatically enter sleep mode. ?⚠️

Charging

After cleaning is finished, you will hear a voice prompt "Cleaning finished, charging started," and the vacuum cleaner will begin charging. If the battery level is low during cleaning, the vacuum cleaner will automatically start charging. ⚡

Refilling Water or Cleaning Mop During Cleaning

Short press the button to pause the vacuum cleaner; remove the mopping module, refill the tank, or clean the mop; reattach the mopping module and short press the button again to resume operation. ?

User Manual - Detailed Steps

  1. Place the vacuum cleaner on a flat floor indoors. Remove the protective covers from both sides of the bumpers.
  2. Press the dustbin release button to detach the 2-in-1 dustbin with the water tank.
  3. Wet the mop with water and attach it to the water tank, then tighten it. Pour water through the inlet opening and screw on the cap.
  4. Attach the 2-in-1 dustbin with the water tank to the device.
  5. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the vacuum cleaner, then short press the button to charge it. After fully charging, the vacuum cleaner will be ready for operation.

Notes:

  1. The robot will return to the automatic dirt disposal base after operating for more than 1 minute and will automatically start the cleaning process. A green arrow will flash on the screen during dust collection.
  2. The robot cannot be turned on with a low battery level. In such cases, it must be charged first.
  3. If the battery level is low during cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the charging station to recharge, and then return to the interruption point to resume cleaning.

Connect to Mi Home/Xiaomi Home App

This product works with the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app*. The Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app allows you to control the device and interact with other smart home devices. Scan the QR code to download and install the app. If the app is already installed, you will be redirected to the connection configuration page. Alternatively, search for "Mi Home/Xiaomi Home" in your app store. Open the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, tap the "+" button in the upper right corner of the screen, and follow the on-screen instructions to add the device. *The Xiaomi Home app name applies in Europe (excluding Russia). The app name displayed on the user's device is authoritative.

Note: The app version may have been updated. Follow the instructions of the current app version.

Resetting Wi-Fi Connection

After switching to a new router or changing your Wi-Fi password, you need to reset the vacuum cleaner's Wi-Fi connection. Turn on the vacuum cleaner, then simultaneously press and hold the button and the button for 3 seconds until a voice prompt "Waiting for network configuration" is emitted. After successfully resetting the Wi-Fi connection, you can reconnect the vacuum cleaner. ??

Note: Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks are supported.

Device Care and Maintenance

2-in-1 Dustbin with Water Tank

  1. Press the dustbin release button and pull out the tank to remove it.
  2. Release the dustbin latch to detach the HEPA filter.
  3. Remove the HEPA filter.
  4. Clean the HEPA mesh and filter using the cleaning brush. ??️
  5. Fill the automatic dirt disposal tank with water, shake it, and empty it. Repeat this process until it is clean. ?
  6. Turn the tank upside down and remove the mop for cleaning or replacement.

Tips: Clean the mop regularly, as a dirty mop will reduce cleaning performance. Remember to remove the mop, clean it, and then dry it by wringing. Do not clean the mop while it is attached to the tank, as leaks may block the filter element. It is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months to ensure proper cleaning performance.

Cleaning the Main Brush

The main brush is a consumable item and should be cleaned weekly. It is recommended to replace the main brush every 6-12 months to ensure proper cleaning performance. ?

  1. Turn the device upside down, remove the main brush cover by pressing the latch on the cover.
  2. Cut any hair around the brush using the provided knife and clean the main brush with the other end of the knife.
  3. Reinstall the main brush and the main brush cover, and lock the latch.

Note: Avoid impact when turning the device upside down to prevent damage to the laser radar. ✨

Cleaning and Replacing Side Brushes

  1. Unscrew the screws securing the side brush using a screwdriver and remove it.
  2. After cleaning, reattach the side brush or replace it. ?

Tips: It is recommended to replace the side brush every 3-6 months to ensure proper cleaning performance.

Replacing the Dust Bag

If the FULL DUST BAG icon flashes orange on the screen or the app displays a notification about the dust bag being full, replace the bag immediately. When the dust bag is functioning normally, the icon flashes green and white. ?️

  1. Open the top cover.
  2. Remove the dust bag by pulling the handle.
  3. Install a new bag and close the top cover again.

Cleaning the Dust Duct

If the FULL DUST BAG icon remains orange even after replacing the bag, it is recommended to disconnect the power plug, turn the charging station upside down, and check if the dust duct is blocked by debris. If the dust duct is clogged, remove the dust duct cover using a screwdriver, as shown in the diagram below. Remove any debris. ?

Note: Do not disassemble with excessive force. After cleaning, reassemble it in place.
