Camera Introduction
The Mubview PK 320 Smart PTZ Indoor Camera features a rotating head with a lens and microphone on the front. Above the lens is a status indicator light. On the side, there is a reset button and a TF card slot. Below the head is a speaker, and at the base is the charging power supply port.
*Please reset the camera before connecting to the APP.

Download & Install App
The camera is compatible with Android and iOS systems. Download the 'MUBVIEW' app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account. For any issues during the installation process, please contact support@mubview.com.
Account Registration
Follow these steps to register your account:
- Sign up in the App using your email address.
- Choose your region and the correct country code. (Note: Users from different regions cannot share the same camera.)
The app registration process involves entering your email, creating a password, agreeing to terms, and setting a nickname.
Preparations for Connection
- Allow the 'MUBVIEW' App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN. Failure to do so may prevent camera addition.
- Allow the 'MUBVIEW' App to receive pop-up messages to ensure you receive notifications when motion is detected.
Mubview offers a free 7-day cloud storage with the basic version. Alternatively, you can insert a Micro SD card into the camera to store videos.
The camera operates with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks.
When connecting to a network, please place the camera closer to your WiFi router to ensure a stable network signal.
Connect the Camera to App
Follow these steps to connect your camera:
- Tap to Add Device: On the app's main screen, tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Select Device Type: Choose 'Smart Camera (2.4G&5G Wi-Fi)' from the list of available device types.
- Check Power: Ensure the device is powered on and the indicator light is flashing red. Then, tap 'Next'.
- Reset Camera: If necessary, press and hold the RESET button on the device for 4-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red. Tap 'Next'.
- Input Wi-Fi Password: Select your 2.4G or 5G Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Tap 'Next'.
- Prepare to Scan: Remove any protective film from the camera lens. Position your phone 5-8 inches (15-25 cm) away from the camera lens. Tap 'Next'.
- Scan QR Code With Device: The app will display a QR code. Hold the camera to scan this code. A confirmation tone will be heard upon successful scanning. Ensure the device is powered on, connected to the router, and on the same network as your phone. Tap 'Next'.
- Wait For Connection: The app will show the connection progress.
- Add Successful: A confirmation screen will appear. Tap 'Next'.
- Network Diagnostic: The app may perform a network diagnostic to check signal strength. If the current location has a good signal, you can proceed with installation. Tap 'Next'.
- Add Device Complete: Your device is now successfully added.
Note: If the camera fails to connect, press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds, and try connecting again after hearing the beep. If issues persist, please email support@mubview.com.
Multi-User Sharing
The camera can be shared with others in two ways:
- Allow viewing only (the shared user cannot control the camera).
- Allow viewing and control of the camera.
Share Steps:
- The Camera User downloads the App to their phone and registers a new account within the App.
- On the Camera Owner's phone, navigate to the App and click 'Add'.
- The Camera Owner then scans the Camera User's QR Code or inputs the Camera User's account ID.
- The Camera User accepts the shared access.
FAQ
- Q: Failed to add during network configuration?
- A: Turn on the camera, press and hold the Reset button for more than 5 seconds. After the camera is reset successfully, reconnect it. If it still fails, please contact support@mubview.com.
- Q: After scan adding is still unsuccessful?
- A: Restart the device or power it off, and then try to add it again.
- Q: The device cannot preview normally?
- A: Please check if the network signal is too weak. Place the camera closer to the router. If you still cannot preview, reset the camera and add it again.
- Q: After resetting the device, why is the camera still in the device list?
- A: Resetting the device only resets the camera's network configuration but does not change the configuration on the APP. To delete the camera, you must log into the APP to delete it.
- Q: How to switch the camera network to another router?
- A: First, remove and reset the device on the APP, and then configure the network for the device again through the APP.
