Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
About Accuracy:
The hygrometer offers high accuracy for its price range. For higher accuracy (±1%), laboratory devices costing over $1000 are required. Compared to competitors, ThermoPro devices are accurate to within ±3%, while others are ±5%. For best accuracy testing, compare two identical devices; readings should be within ±6% of each other.
About Humidity Range: 10%~99%
While the hygrometer is accurate for its price, it displays 10% for humidity levels below 10% (e.g., 5% actual humidity shows as 10%). Only expensive laboratory equipment can measure humidity below 10%. No device on the market can measure humidity below 5%.
