Installation Steps
Step 1: Attach Anti-skid Pads
Tear off the protective paper and attach the Anti-skid Pads (n) to the designated bottom positions of the Base (b).
[Diagram: The Base (b) is shown with four Anti-skid Pads (n) being attached to its underside.]
Step 2: Install Lower Pole to Base
Install the Lower Pole (a1) to the Weighted Base (b) using M5x14 Bolts (f) and M5x8 Bolts (g). Tighten using the Allen Key (o).
[Diagram: The Lower Pole (a1) is shown being attached vertically to the Base (b) using Bolts (f) and (g), with the Allen Key (o) indicated for tightening.]
Step 3: Connect Poles
Loosen the screw on the Lower Pole (a1) with the Allen Key (o). Connect the Lower Pole (a1) to the Upper Pole (a2) and tighten the screw with the Allen Key (o) to fix the two poles together.
[Diagram: The Lower Pole (a1) and Upper Pole (a2) are shown being joined. A screw on (a1) is loosened, then (a2) is attached, and the screw is tightened.]
Step 4: Attach Monitor Arms and Wire Clips
Slide the Wire Clips (m) and Monitor Arms (d) through the Upper Pole (a1 & a2). Adjust to the preferred height and tighten using the Allen Key (o).
[Diagram: Monitor Arms (d) and Wire Clips (m) are shown being attached to the combined pole structure (a1 & a2), with the Allen Key (o) used for adjustment.]
Step 5: Prepare VESA Plate for Monitor
Step 5.1: Select Screws
Hand thread M4x12 or M4x30 screws into the threaded inserts on the back of your monitor to determine the correct size to use.
[Diagrams showing M4x12 and M4x30 screws, and icons representing monitors with different screw attachments.]
Step 5.2: Select Spacers (if needed)
Spacers (k) are needed for monitors with curved or recessed backs. They are not needed for flat-back monitors.
[Diagrams illustrating when Spacers (k) are needed for curved/recessed backs versus flat backs.]
Step 5.3a: For Monitor with Flat Back
Attach the VESA Plate (e) to a flat-back monitor using the selected screws (i or j).
[Diagram: The VESA Plate (e) is shown being attached to a flat monitor back using screws (i).]
Step 5.3b: For Monitor with Curved or Recessed Back
Attach the VESA Plate (e) to a curved or recessed monitor back using the selected screws (i or j) and Spacers (k).
[Diagram: The VESA Plate (e) is shown being attached to a curved monitor back using screws (i) and Spacers (k).]
Step 6: Mount Monitor to Arm
Place the assembled monitor onto the Monitor Arm (d). Tighten the VESA Plate (e) with M6 Nuts (h) for stability. Adjust the VESA Plate laterally along the Arm (d) using the Allen Key (o).
[Diagram: A monitor with its VESA Plate (e) is shown being attached to the Monitor Arm (d), secured with Nuts (h), and adjusted laterally using the Allen Key (o).]
Step 7: Adjust Monitor Positions
Swivel
Manually adjust the swivel angle. (Swivel 0°/+90°, no tools needed).
[Diagram showing swivel adjustment range: 0° to +90°.]
Rotate
Manually adjust the rotation angle. (Rotate 360°, no tools needed).
[Diagram showing 360° rotation.]
Tilt
Adjust the VESA Plate tilt using the Allen Key (o). (Tilt +90°/-90°).
[Diagram showing tilt adjustment range: +90° to -90°, adjusted with the Allen Key (o).]
Align
If monitors are not aligned, remove the M6 Nut (h) and turn the bolt counter-clockwise with the Allen Key (o) to adjust VESA plate height. Install the M6 Nut (h) after the adjustment.
[Diagram: Showing removal of Nut (h), adjustment with Allen Key (o) for height alignment, and reinstallation of Nut (h).]
Step 8: Cable Management
Guide the cables through the Wire Clips (m) and store the Allen Key (o) in the Tool Holder (l).
Notice: Please make sure the M6 Nut (h) is installed before you rotate the monitor.
[Diagram: Cables are shown being routed through Wire Clips (m) on the pole, and the Allen Key (o) is shown being stored in the Tool Holder (l).]
