Benefit Conditions
- The benefit is cumulative with other promotions (e.g., Installation + free base 2025, Cashback).
- Benefit units are limited and allocated separately from product units.
- Benefit redemption requires a Lifemiles membership number.
- For online purchases, the benefit is contingent on no product return or retraction.
How to Obtain the Benefit
Contact Samsung via WhatsApp at +57 304 597 7569 by August 8, 2025.
Provide the following information:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Lifemiles member number (create an account if you don't have one)
Submit clear photos of:
- Purchase invoice (must show customer name)
- Identification document
- Product serial number sticker
For legal entities, a recent Chamber of Commerce certificate (max 30 days) is also required.
Samsung will validate the information. Corrections to the Lifemiles number can be made until August 8, 2025. The validation process may take up to 6 business days.
General Terms and Conditions
- Purchasing the promotion signifies full acceptance of these T&C.
- Prices and participating stores are determined at the discretion of each authorized retailer.
- Delivery terms for online purchases are set by each retailer.
- Product color for the benefit is subject to availability.
- The promotion ends if stock is depleted before the specified dates.
- Warranty is provided by Samsung or the product manufacturer.
- If the product is returned, the benefit must also be returned.
- The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
