- Cutting Plate (Coarse): A plate with larger holes for coarser ground meat.
- Fixing Ring: Secures the cutting blade and plate to the grinding head.

Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the meat grinder:
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and all parts are clean.
- Attach the grinding head to the motor unit, aligning the grooves and twisting to lock it in place.
- Insert the auger into the grinding head, ensuring the flat side of the auger fits into the corresponding slot in the head.
- Place the cutting blade onto the square shaft of the auger. Ensure the blade's flat side faces the cutting plate.
- Place the desired cutting plate (medium or coarse) over the cutting blade, aligning the center hole with the auger shaft.
- Screw the fixing ring onto the front of the grinding head, tightening it firmly by hand to secure the blade and plate. Do not overtighten.
Operation
Using your RovSun EMG-8002 meat grinder:
- Ensure the grinder is properly assembled and placed on a stable surface.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position [power-symbol].
- Place prepared meat pieces into the grinding head opening.
- Use the pusher to gently guide the meat into the grinding head. Never use your fingers or any other objects to push meat down, as this can cause serious injury. [warning]
- Allow the grinder to process the meat. For best results, do not force the meat.
- Once grinding is complete, turn the switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.
Using Attachments
Sausage Stuffer Attachment
To make sausages, attach the sausage stuffer cone to the front of the grinding head (after removing the fixing ring and cutting plate). Secure the cone with the fixing ring. Feed the ground meat into the grinding head, and use the pusher to guide it through the cone. Prepare sausage casings separately.
Kibbe Attachment
To make kibbe, attach the kibbe attachment to the front of the grinding head. Feed the ground meat into the grinding head, and use the pusher to guide it through the kibbe attachment to form the characteristic hollow shape.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures longevity and hygiene:
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble all removable parts (grinding head, auger, blade, plates, fixing ring, attachments, pusher).
- Wash these parts in warm, soapy water. Use a brush if necessary to clean the cutting plate holes. Rinse thoroughly. [water-drop]
- Dry all parts completely with a soft cloth before reassembly or storage. This helps prevent rust, especially on the metal components.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Store the meat grinder and its accessories in a clean, dry place.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consult the following:
- Grinder not starting: Ensure the appliance is properly plugged in and the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position. Check your household circuit breaker.
- Meat not grinding properly: Ensure the cutting blade and plate are correctly assembled and the fixing ring is tight. Cut meat into smaller, manageable pieces. Do not overload the grinder.
- Motor stops during operation: The motor may have overheated. Turn the appliance off, unplug it, and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming operation.
