§ 1 Definitions
1. Promotion - Promotional sale of selected products conducted on the terms and conditions described in these Regulations during the period from July 11, 2025, to July 21, 2025, until 23:59:59 or until the limit of promotional orders is exhausted, which is 200.
2. Promotional Code - The POGODA-NA-6 code entitling to benefit from the Promotion under the terms specified in these Regulations.
3. Organizer/Samsung - Samsung Electronics Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000128080, share capital PLN 52,759,500, NIP 526-10-44-039, REGON 011612810.
4. Samsung Store - Samsung Store – an IT platform available via the website www.samsung.com/pl/, administered by Samsung, enabling users to view Products, including their price and availability, and to place an order and conclude a Product sales agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Samsung online Store: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulamin-internetowego-sklepu-samsung/.
5. Product - Selected Samsung products offered by the Organizer for sale in the Samsung Store operated by the Organizer, introduced into circulation in the Republic of Poland by Samsung. Product availability and delivery times depend on the current offer of the Organizer in the Samsung Store. The full list of Products participating in the Promotion is described in Annex 1.
6. Participant - A natural person with legal capacity who has read and accepted the provisions of these Regulations and has met all the conditions specified therein. Natural persons conducting sole proprietorships may also participate in the Promotion.
7. Website - The website at the address: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji, where information about the Promotion, including these Regulations, is published.
8. Business Day - Any weekday from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
§ 2 General Provisions
1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define: the conditions for participation in the Promotion, the duration of the Promotion, the method of informing about the Promotion and its terms, and the procedure for submitting complaints related to the Promotion.
2. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland during the period: from July 11, 2025, to July 21, 2025, until 23:59 or until the pool of promotional orders, which is 200 (two hundred) orders, is exhausted. Information about the exhaustion of the pool of promotional orders and consequently the earlier termination of the Promotion will be published by the Organizer on the Website.
3. Participation of Customers in the Promotion is voluntary. Anyone who has participated in the Promotion has the full right to withdraw from participation at their own discretion and without incurring any costs.
4. Products purchased under the Promotion are intended solely for private use by Participants acting as consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code or for their own use by entrepreneurs conducting business activities not related to commercial activities (in particular, the sale of goods) and may not be resold for commercial or profit-making purposes.
5. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts the provisions of these Regulations. Therefore, they cannot invoke ignorance of or lack of acceptance of its terms.
6. The Regulations will be available for inspection on the Website throughout the duration of the Promotion. The Participant may retain the content of the Regulations by downloading it from the Website.
§ 3 Participation Rules in the Promotion
1. Customers who, during the period from July 11, 2025, to July 21, 2025, until 23:59, purchase a minimum of two Products participating in the Promotion for a total amount of at least PLN 1500 gross in the Samsung Store (order placement date - date and time of order submission to the Samsung Store server) or until the pool of promotional orders, which is 200 (two hundred) orders, is exhausted, may participate in the Promotion.
2. After adding Products to the cart and entering the Promotional Code in the appropriate field named "Promotional Codes", the Participant will receive a benefit in the form of a price reduction for the Product or Products by 6%.
3. If a product not covered by the Promotion is added to the cart in the Samsung Store, its price will not be added to the cart's value considered for calculating the discount, nor will it be subject to the discount.
4. A Participant may take part in the Promotion only once, i.e., use the opportunity to purchase 1 Product at a reduced price once.
5. The Organizer does not provide for the possibility of exchanging the Product discount in the Promotion for its monetary equivalent or for other prizes.
6. In the event that the Organizer detects that a Participant is attempting to participate in the Promotion again, the Organizer shall be entitled to refuse to fulfill the order or to allow the Participant to purchase Products exceeding the limitations indicated in point 8 above at the regular price.
7. The Promotion can be combined with the "Welcome Program for First Purchases in the Samsung Shop App" program.
8. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions activated by a promotional code, unless otherwise specified in the regulations of other promotions.
9. The Promotion cannot be combined with the "Discount on Home Appliances Products in the Samsung Store when ordering the pickup of old equipment by Samsung" promotion.
10. If price reductions made available to Participants of the Promotion are subject to a flat-rate income tax for natural persons, as referred to in Article 30(1)(2) of the Act of July 26, 1991, on Personal Income Tax, the benefits granted to Participants will be increased by an additional cash prize in the amount of 11.11% of the discount value. The additional cash prize will not be paid out and will be withheld for the payment of the flat-rate tax, which will be remitted to the competent tax authority. Participants agree to the appropriate withholding.
§ 3 Complaints
1. The right to submit a complaint belongs to the Participant of the Promotion.
2. Complaints related to the Promotion should be submitted to the Organizer.
3. A complaint must include:
- Participant's first and last name;
- Correspondence address or e-mail address for contact;
- Description of the circumstances constituting the basis for the complaint.
4. Complaints should be sent within two weeks of the end of the Promotion:
- in writing to the address: Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o. - ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw; or
- by e-mail to the address: support_sepol@email.support.samsung.com with the subject line: "Promotion with code POGODA-NA-6 for selected Samsung Products in the Samsung Store.com"
- via the complaint form available on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/complaints/
5. Submitted complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 Business Days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Interested parties will be notified of the manner of complaint processing in the corresponding form in which the complaint was submitted, immediately after its processing.
6. The deadline for submitting a complaint, as provided for in the Regulations, does not exclude or limit the rights available to the Participant under the law, in particular the provisions on the statute of limitations for claims.
7. The complaint procedure does not exclude or limit the Participant's right to pursue their rights before common courts.
8. Any technical problems related to the correct operation of the Samsung Store can be reported via the form https://www.samsung.com/pl/contact-us/ or by calling the Call Center at +48 22 4600-500.
§ 4. Personal Data Protection
1. Information on the processing of personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion is Annex 2 to the Regulations.
2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Organizer can be found in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.samsung.com/pl/info/privacy.
§ 5 Final Provisions
1. Contact with the Organizer is made through the contact form on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/contact-us/.
2. In all matters not regulated by these Regulations, the Organizer's decision is final.
3. The Regulations are available on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations in connection with and in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the following important reasons (cumulative):
- a. introduction of new or amendment of existing generally applicable legal provisions, if it directly affects the content of the Regulations and necessitates its amendment;
- b. change or emergence of new interpretations of generally applicable legal provisions as a result of court judgments or decisions of state or public administration bodies directly affecting the provisions of these Regulations and necessitating their amendment;
- c. ruling, decision, recommendation or recommendation of a competent public authority, relating to the Regulations and resulting in the necessity of adapting them to such ruling, decision, recommendation or recommendation;
- d. adaptation of the Regulations to market conditions related to technological, technical and IT progress, affecting the provisions of these Regulations;
- e. change of company data, tele-addresses or URL addresses included in the text of the Regulations;
- f. the need to introduce changes other than those mentioned above, provided that they collectively meet the following conditions: i) they are in accordance with the law (including, in particular, they do not infringe individual or collective consumer interests); ii) they are beneficial for current and potential Participants; iii) their introduction is necessary for the proper implementation of the Promotion in a manner that is beneficial for current and potential Participants.
5. No change to the Regulations may negatively affect the rights previously acquired by Participants.
6. The Participant will be informed about changes to the Regulations with a one-day notice by placing an appropriate announcement on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/, referring to the summary of changes to the Regulations. Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Regulations may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.
7. Information about changes to the Regulations will be kept for the duration of the Promotion and for at least 7 days after its end.
8. The Organizer recommends that Participants regularly check their email inbox and is not responsible for not receiving emails sent to them in connection with the Promotion (related to Samsung's response to complaints submitted by e-mail), or for the failure to regularly update data resulting from the Participant providing incorrect personal data, including verification of or settings of anti-spam tools used by the Participant. In the case of using anti-spam tools and settings, the Participant is obliged to regularly check whether messages from the Organizer have not ended up in the email inbox containing messages classified as spam.
9. The following annexes to the Regulations constitute an integral part thereof:
- 1) Annex No. 1 – list of Products participating in the Promotion.
- 2) Annex No. 2 – information on the processing of Participant's personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion.
