Samsung Electronics Baltics Promotion: "Trade-in Your Old Appliance for a Discount"

Organizer

The organizer of the Promotion is SIA Samsung Electronics Baltics, registration No. 40003963909, located at Duntes iela 6, Rīga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Promotion Duration and Country of Operation

The Promotion runs from June 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion is valid in Latvia and is available through the Organizer's online store at www.samsung.com/lv/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

Participants

The Promotion is intended for individuals only. Participants under 18 years of age require parental consent.

General Promotion Terms

Eligible Products: The Promotion applies to Samsung home appliance models listed in Appendix 1, available for purchase in the Store. Only products distributed by the Organizer and sold in the Store are eligible. This Promotion does not apply to Samsung products distributed by third parties.

Participation Requirements: To participate, a customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") must trade in their old home appliance during the Promotion Period. The Participant needs to provide the serial and model number of the old appliance when applying for the Promotion via the website: www.samsung.com/lv/tv-trade-in/.

Eligible Old Appliances: Participants can trade in vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.

Discount: Upon applying for the Promotion and committing to trade in an old appliance for disposal, the Participant is entitled to receive a discount coupon of EUR 50-150 (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").

Discount Usage: The Discount can only be used for the purchase of Organizer's Promotion products in the Store and cannot be applied to other devices not mentioned in these Terms. The discount code will be sent via chat or email upon registration. The Discount expires after the Promotion ends.

Non-Transferable Discount: The Discount is non-transferable and intended solely for the personal use of the Participant who registered for the Promotion. It cannot be transferred, sold, or used by a third party.

Terms for Transporting Old Appliances and Promotion Products

Participants are responsible for securely packaging their old appliances to prevent parts from falling out or causing damage during transport. The Participant must ensure adequate protection to minimize any risk of hazard during transportation.

The transportation of the Participant's old appliance and the delivery of the Promotion product will be handled by the Organizer's partner listed in Appendix 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner").

The delivery of the Promotion product and the collection of the old appliance will be carried out by the same Partner, either simultaneously or separately.

Participants must assist the Partner's courier in loading the securely packaged old appliance into the delivery vehicle. Participants must cooperate with the Partner's courier's instructions to facilitate the loading process.

Samsung covers the transportation costs for both the old appliance and the Promotion product.

Other Terms

Benefits granted within this Promotion cannot be combined with other Organizer campaigns and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective terms.

This Promotion is not considered an exchange offer from the Organizer. The value of the old appliance will not be individually assessed; Participants will receive only the predetermined Discount as specified in these Terms.

The Promotion is intended exclusively for online sales participants and is not associated with products purchased for resale.

The general terms of sale for the Store apply, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

If a Participant chooses to return the Promotion product to the Store and cancel the purchase agreement according to applicable legal requirements, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they will not be entitled to receive back the old appliance that was handed over for disposal. In such cases, the Organizer will refund only the purchase price of the Promotion product, excluding the Discount.

Participants are not eligible to use the Promotion benefits if it is determined that the Participant has not complied with the Terms or has acted dishonestly or fraudulently in using the Promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes are justified and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The Organizer is not responsible for the suspension of the Promotion due to force majeure, international and national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

Participants agree that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising in connection with the Promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

The execution of the Promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes related to the Promotion will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
