Samsung "Oferta Electrocasnice Aplicație Mobila S28" Campaign Regulations

1. Organizer of the Campaign

The Organizer of the "Offer Electrocasnice Aplicație Mobila S28" Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is Samsung Electronics Romania S.R.L., with its headquarters at Șos. București-Ploiești, No. 172-176, Building A, 5th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2012007668400, with CUI RO22694272, bank account RO64CITI0000000724679056, opened at Citibank Europe plc, Dublin - Romania Branch (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer" or "Samsung").

The Campaign will be conducted in accordance with this Regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. Participation in the Campaign implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of this Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").

2. Duration and Location of the Campaign

The Campaign is organized and will take place on the territory of Romania between July 12, 2025, and July 13, 2025, through the Samsung Online Store Mobile Application, available for download on mobile devices by accessing the address: https://samsungshop.onelink.me/6zKq/2g6htu51 or from the Play Store or App Store (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung Shop App").

The participation mechanism within the Campaign is detailed in Article 6 of this Regulation.

3. Campaign Regulations

The participation/conduct Regulation is available free of charge to any applicant, for the entire duration of the Campaign, at the web address: www.samsung.com/ro/ in electronic format, in the special section dedicated to the Regulation and/or upon written request sent to the Organizer's address at Șoseaua București-Ploiești 172-176, Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, Building A, 5th floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the Regulation, provided that participants are notified of any changes to its provisions. Any modifications/additions to the provisions of this Regulation will be included in additional acts and will be communicated before they become applicable.

4. Participating Products in the Campaign

The participating products in the Campaign are those listed in a limited manner in the table that forms an integral part of this paragraph. These products are marketed by Samsung (the product box must specify "Samsung Electronics Romania S.R.L.") and will be hereinafter referred to as "Participating Products":

5. Right to Participate

Any individual residing in Romania, with full legal capacity at the time of registration in the Campaign, or any legal entity residing in Romania, who (i) has an active Samsung account and (ii) purchases Participating Products through the Samsung Shop App, during the period of July 11, 2025, 19:00 - July 13, 2025, 23:59, can participate in the "Offer TV Aplicație Mobila de seara S278" Campaign.

6. Campaign Mechanism

During the period of July 11, 2025, 19:00 - July 13, 2025, 23:59, customers who (i) have an active Samsung account and (ii) purchase Participating Products through the Samsung Shop App, will be able to benefit, for loyalty purposes, from promotional discounts, expressed as percentages, from the price usually charged for the Participating Products. The value of the discount offered compared to the usual price is provided in the table that is an integral part of this paragraph. To benefit from the promotional discounts, participants must enter the discount code presented on the product page of the chosen Participating Product, available in the Samsung Shop App, in the "Vouchers" field in the shopping cart.

7. Return Policy

In any situation of returning Participating Products, they must be in the same condition as received, without defects, packed for transport in the original packaging or similar packaging that provides transport protection, along with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). If the Participating Product arrives damaged at Samsung due to improper packaging, Samsung will return it to the Participant and refuse the refund.

The return of any Participating Product will be made according to Samsung's return policy available at the web address: https://www.samsung.com/ro/shop-faq/returns-and-cancellations/. If the Participant chooses to return by any other means of transport or courier than those provided by Samsung, the Participant is responsible for any damage to the returned Participating Product, during the entire transport period to Samsung, and Samsung will not refund the price for the damaged Participating Product and will return the damaged Participating Product to the Participant.

The Participant is responsible for the decrease in value of the Participating Product as a result of its use in a manner that exceeds what is necessary for the usual testing of the products' functionalities, and the value of the Participating Product will be diminished according to what was found upon receipt of the return.

Participating Products that constitute a set, purchased as a promotional package at a special price, must be returned as a set. For partial returns, the refunded value will be calculated by subtracting the full price of the non-returned Participating Products from the value of the promotional package, making it possible that for the returned Participating Product, a very small value or even no effective value is refunded, given the special price applied to the promotional package.

For promotional campaigns that include a gift with purchase, the gift product must also be returned, undamaged.

8. Taxes and Duties

Consumers are not required to pay any additional indirect expenses, except for the normal expenses incurred by their decision to participate in this Campaign.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Entries sent outside the Campaign period;
• Consumer attempts to benefit from the offer of this Campaign outside the Campaign period;
• Any disputes related to the Participating Products, except for those legally permitted to consumers in relation to the purchased products;
• Errors in the data provided by the Participants or lack of accuracy of the contact details indicated by the Participants. The Organizer has no obligation to obtain clarifications or make efforts to obtain clarifications regarding such errors in case the Participants provide erroneous, incomplete, or incorrect data;
• Technical malfunctions that may lead to (i) interruption of the Campaign registration channel, (ii) partial or total interruption of the Online Store's functionality, and (iii) malfunctions in the registration process or in the process of receiving Benefits by the Participants.

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the granting of Benefits, as well as for the payment of any damages or other claims of any nature regarding the Benefits.

10. Personal Data Processing

By registering for the Campaign, individuals interested in accessing the Benefits offered by this Campaign express their consent for the processing of their personal data within the Campaign. The personal data processed are: name, surname, address for collection of equipment offered for recycling, delivery address of purchased equipment, data necessary for payment processing. The data are processed for the purpose of achieving the object of the Campaign and the functioning of its mechanisms as defined in this Regulation. Personal data necessary for the functioning of the Campaign mechanisms are processed in accordance with the personal data processing policy of the Organizer available on the Samsung website, by accessing the following link: https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/privacypolicy.

To the extent that you participate in this Campaign by using your active Samsung account ("Samsung Account") for the purchase of Participating Products, the provisions of this article are supplemented by the provisions applicable to the processing of personal data within the Samsung Account, available at the web address: https://v3.account.samsung.com/policies/privacy-notices/latest.

If you have opted to benefit from the discount points offered by Samsung to customers who have an active Samsung Account within the Samsung Rewards program, the provisions of this article are also supplemented by the provisions applicable to personal data in the Samsung Rewards terms and conditions available at the web address: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/terms.

11. Termination/Interruption of the Campaign, Force Majeure

The Campaign may terminate before its term in the event that:

• The Organizer ascertains the exhaustion of the stock of Participating Products;
• An event constituting force majeure occurs, as regulated by Romanian legislation in force;
• A case of impossibility for the Organizer to continue the Campaign occurs due to reasons beyond its will.

The Organizer is not obliged to return/refund or pay any amount as compensation/damages or similar, except in cases expressly provided by applicable legislation.

12. Applicable Law, Disputes

The applicable law is Romanian law.

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants regarding any aspect related to the conduct of the Campaign will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

Any complaints related to the conduct of the Campaign can be sent to the Organizer's address within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the end of the campaign. After this period, the Organizer will no longer consider any complaints.

13. Final Clauses

The Organizer's decisions regarding the Campaign are final and applicable to all participants.

The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of an attempt to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image or costs involved in organizing and conducting the Campaign.
