Samsung Upgrade Campaign: Detailed Rules and Product Eligibility

General Information

Organizer: Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o., located at V parku 2323/14, 14800 Prague 4, Czech Republic.

Participant Eligibility: The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and over with permanent residence or a delivery address in the Czech Republic. Business entities (sole proprietors, commercial companies) with a place of business or registered office in the Czech Republic are also eligible. Minors require written consent from a legal guardian.

Campaign Period: August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, or until stocks are depleted.

Offer Details: Participants can receive a discount (Sleva) on the purchase price of selected new Samsung appliance models when trading in their old device. The discount is applicable only to new, unused, and unopened products purchased exclusively through the official Samsung Czech Republic e-shop: https://www.samsung.com/cz/.

Eligible Products and Discounts

The following Samsung appliance categories and specific models are eligible for the campaign, along with their respective potential discounts in CZK:

Built-in Appliances

Washing Machines

Dryers

Refrigerators

Campaign Participation and Discount Application

To participate and receive the discount, participants must:

1. Purchase an eligible Samsung appliance from the list above exclusively through https://www.samsung.com/cz/ between August 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.
2. During the purchase process in the shopping cart, indicate interest in trading in an old appliance by selecting the 'Standard Delivery with Old Appliance Collection - FREE' delivery option.
3. Provide the necessary details of the old appliance in the shopping cart form.
4. Hand over the old appliance to the courier upon delivery of the new appliance.

The discount will be automatically applied to the purchase price of the new appliance in the shopping cart. Participants are limited to one discount per new appliance purchased.

Important Conditions:

• The discount is void if the participant withdraws from the purchase agreement or fails to provide the old appliance as specified.
• In such cases, the participant will be refunded the discounted price, or may be required to pay the full price if the discount was already applied.
• The old appliance is intended for recycling and has no resale value. It cannot be returned to the participant after handover, even if the purchase of the new appliance is cancelled.
• Participants must retain their proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with all necessary details (date, product specification).
• Samsung reserves the right to request further verification if fraudulent activity is suspected and to make final decisions on eligibility. Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activities will be excluded from the campaign without the discount.
• By registering, participants agree to the campaign rules and consent to the processing of their personal data.
• Legal claims regarding participation or discounts are excluded. Samsung reserves the right to change campaign conditions, replace discounts with equivalent offers, or terminate the campaign.
• This campaign cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• The campaign is governed by Czech law.
