Samsung Rewards Boost Promotion Rules

I. Introductory Provisions

The organizer of this Promotion is Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s. r. o., located at V Parku 2323/14, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, Company ID: 289 87 322, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 158046, acting through its organizational unit Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o, organizational unit located at Business center IV Galvaniho 17 / C, Bratislava 821 04, Company ID: 45 306 281, registered in the commercial register of the District Court Bratislava III, section Po, insert 1791 / B (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

An "Participant" can only be a natural person – a consumer with a place of residence or delivery address in the Slovak Republic. Persons under 18 years of age may participate in the Promotion only with the written consent of their legal representative. Only Participants who already hold Samsung Rewards points can participate in the Promotion. Conditions for obtaining Rewards points are available at: https://www.samsung.com/sk/rewards/.

II. Date, Place, and Time of Promotion

The Promotion takes place in the e-shop on the website www.samsung.com/sk (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Promotion") from 25.7.2025 to 31.7.2025 or until stocks are exhausted (hereinafter referred to as the "Period of Promotion").

The Promotion may be terminated earlier (i.e., before the end of the Period of Promotion) under the conditions specified in Article IV.3 of these rules.

The Promotion may be extended even after the Period of Promotion ends under the conditions specified in Article IV.3 of these rules.

III. Course and Conditions of the Promotion

The Promotion applies only to the purchase of selected products, see the list of models in the tables at the end of these rules in Appendix No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), and only at the Place of Promotion during the Period of Promotion.

The following discount applies to the Promotion:

If a Participant who has Samsung Rewards points in their account decides to use their Rewards points to purchase a Product on www.samsung.com/sk, then such Participant will receive a benefit within this Promotion in the form of an increased discount value on the purchase price obtained by redeeming Rewards points by 50% (hereinafter referred to as the "Extra discount").

Example 1 – If this Promotion applies to all Products in the basket (i.e., the Participant purchases only the Product(s) to which this Promotion applies), then the Extra discount will be fully accounted for according to the following model example:

If a Participant uses their Rewards points worth EUR 100 to pay for a Product purchase, the Extra discount within this Promotion is EUR 3.5, meaning the total discount on the purchase price is EUR 13.5.

Example 2 – If this Promotion applies to only one Product/part of the Products in the basket (i.e., the Participant simultaneously purchases other products not covered by this Promotion), then the Extra discount will be calculated proportionally according to the following model example:

If a Participant pays with Rewards points worth EUR 10, where the 1st Product to which this Promotion applies costs EUR 70, and the 2nd product (not listed in Appendix No. 1) worth EUR 30 is not covered by the Promotion, then the applied Rewards points will be distributed in a ratio of 70% / 30%. Given that the Promotion applies only to the first Product, the Participant will receive the Extra discount only from the proportional part of 70%. The Extra discount in this model example represents an amount of EUR 3.5, meaning the total discount on the purchase price (when using Rewards points worth EUR 10) is EUR 13.5.

The total discount will be automatically calculated and applied in the basket (provided the conditions specified in these Promotion rules are met). Ways of delivery and payment can be found at: https://www.samsung.com/sk/shop-faq/payment-and-delivery/.

Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon purchasing a Product during the Period of Promotion.

The maximum Extra discount for each Participant is set at EUR 120.

Purchase of a Product means ordering and subsequently paying for the order. If the Participant does not properly pay for the ordered Product or does not comply with the terms of this Promotion (e.g., purchases the Product as a business entity or exceeds the limit of purchased Products specified in point 9 of this article), the Participant acknowledges and agrees that the order will be canceled without further notice, and the associated claim of the Participant for the Extra discount (as well as any other claims) within this Promotion will expire due to non-compliance with its terms.

Given that this Promotion concerns brand new Samsung Products, the Organizer informs Participants (and reserves the right to do so) that not all Products will be in stock during the Period of Promotion (or at the time of order placement by the Participant). For this reason, the Organizer does not guarantee immediate delivery of the ordered Product after its purchase by the Participant. The Organizer will inform the Participant of the specific delivery date.

If a Product included in the Promotion is sold out, the Promotion no longer applies to that Product, and it is not possible to claim the Extra discount after the Promotion Period ends, even if it is restocked.

If a consumer exercises their legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (without giving a reason), it is assumed (or the Participant acknowledges in relation to the Extra discount) that the Participant has not met the conditions of the Promotion for claiming the Extra discount. In such a case, the purchase price actually paid by the Participant will be refunded, and the Rewards points actually used for the purchase will also be returned.

This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts (e.g., with a "gift for a crown on the purchase of a selected Product", cashback, voucher redemption, etc.).

IV. Final Provisions

The Organizer does not assume any other obligations towards Participants with this Promotion, and Participants are not entitled to any other benefits from the Organizer other than those specified in these rules.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the loading speed or data transfer on the website.

The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, interrupt, or cancel the Promotion, or to change the rules of the Promotion without giving a reason. In case of changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the Organizer will inform Participants of the Promotion through a notice at the Place of Promotion.

The Organizer is authorized to check the fulfillment of all participation conditions for the Promotion and, in case of dispute, to assess and finally decide on any matter related to the Promotion. Any objections and information regarding the course of the Promotion can be sent in writing to the Organizer's address: Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s. r. o., V Parku 2323/14, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, or by phone at 800 726 786.

The Organizer, as the seller, has the right not to include or to refuse (including subsequent cancellation) orders created by a Participant in violation of these Promotion rules.

The Promotion is governed by the General Terms and Conditions and the Complaint Procedure valid at the Place of Promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated in these rules. In the event that the Participant exercises the right to claim for a defect of the Product after delivery, and such claim is recognized as justified by the seller, the claim will be handled in accordance with legal regulations and the complaint procedure. If the defect cannot be removed and the claim is not resolved even by replacing the Product with a flawless Product, the Participant has the right to withdraw from the contract in relation to the defective Product in accordance with legal regulations and the complaint procedure, and the purchase price paid for the Product (i.e., the purchase price of the Product reduced by the relevant discount) and the actually used Rewards points for the purchase will be refunded.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the terms of the Promotion and undertakes to comply with them in full. The Participant further declares that they have familiarized themselves with the terms of personal data processing in accordance with these rules and that they understand them.

Litigation for participation in the Promotion is excluded.

The Participant hereby acknowledges the processing of personal data provided in the scope of name, surname, address/delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, bank account information (hereinafter referred to as "personal data") by Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o., located at V Parku 2323/14, Prague 4, 148 00, Company ID: 289 87 322, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 158046, as the administrator of the Participant's Personal Data for the purpose of the Participant's participation in the Promotion. The processing of Personal Data for this purpose is necessary for the realization of the Promotion, i.e., for the performance of the contract, the contracting parties of which are the Organizer and the Participant. Personal data processed for this purpose will be stored during the Promotion and for the period necessary to protect the Organizer's rights in connection with the Promotion. The Organizer and Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, whose registered office is Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 08S, UK, registration number: 03086621 ("Samsung UK") further process certain Personal Data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and place of residence for marketing purposes, i.e., for offering the services of the Controller, including sending information about events, products, and other activities, as well as sending commercial communications by electronic means. The processing of personal data for this purpose will be based on the consent granted by the participant of the event. The participant of the event may withdraw their consent at any time, but the lawfulness of the processing of Personal Data before the withdrawal of consent will not be affected. Personal data will be processed for 3 years or until the consent is withdrawn.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the Participant of the Promotion acknowledges that they have the following rights: the right to request access to personal data; the right to request correction or deletion of personal data; the right to request restriction of personal data processing; the right to object to the processing of personal data; the right to data portability; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection). More information can be found on the website https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/ and other rights stipulated by legal regulations on personal data protection.

In addition to the aforementioned controllers, personal data may also be made available to other Samsung group companies. In the scope of providing Personal Data to other companies of the mentioned group, Personal Data may be transferred to third countries based on Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

The processing of personal data by the controller includes automated individual decision-making, including profiling, which may have legal effects on the participant or affect them in a similar way. In such a case, the participant may request the Controller to intervene in the processing of personal data by a human, as well as express their opinion and challenge the decision made through automated processing.

The provision of Personal Data is necessary for the Participant's participation in the Promotion, unless the processing is based on the Participant's consent. In case of non-provision of Personal Data to the extent necessary for participation in the Promotion, it will not be possible for the Participant to participate in the Promotion.
