Regulations for the Ground Game "Tropiciel of the Snow Owl's Tracks"

1. General Provisions

1.1. Game Name

"Tropiciel of the Snow Owl's Tracks" ("Game").

1.2. Organizer

The Organizer of the Game is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").

1.3. Regulations

These regulations define the rules of participation in the Game, its course, and complaint procedures (hereinafter: "Regulations").

2. Conditions for Participation in the Game

2.1. Game Duration

February 17, 2025 - March 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

2.2. Game Venue

IKEA Lublin store, al. Spółdzielczości Pracy 86, 20-147 Lublin ("IKEA store").

2.3. Target Audience

The Game is intended for children aged 3-16 years.

2.4. Game Description

The Game involves downloading a contest card with a map and finding, personally or with the help of a guardian, 5 clues that will help solve the main riddle on the contest card. Contest cards can be downloaded at the store entrance or in the Småland Magical Forest.

2.5. Clue Location

The maps indicate the area within the store where clues for the contest riddles should be sought. Additionally, these locations are marked with stickers on the floor.

2.6. Game Completion

The Game ends after finding all parts of the riddle and writing it on the contest card. Then, proceed to the entrance of the Småland Magical Forest and collect a gift after submitting the completed contest card.

2.7. Prize Limit

One contest card entitles the holder to one gift. A child may participate in the game only once during the Game's duration.

2.8. Supervision Requirement

Children may participate in the Game exclusively under the supervision of parents/legal guardians. Leaving children under the care of Game facilitators is prohibited.

2.9. Organizer's Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for damages suffered by children or caused by children to other persons present in the IKEA Lublin store during the Game, or for damages caused by children to IKEA property.

2.10. Unclaimed Gifts

Unclaimed gifts, the conditions for obtaining which are described in item 2.7 of these Regulations, can be collected until the last day of the Game, i.e., until March 1, 2025.

3. Other Provisions

3.1. Complaint Submission

All complaints regarding the Game should be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department at IKEA Lublin, by phone at: +48 22 275 00 00 (charges according to operator's tariff) or by mail to the address: IKEA Lublin store, al. Spółdzielczości Pracy 86, 20-147 Lublin, Attn: Head of Customer Service Department.

3.2. Complaint Content

A written complaint should include: contact details, i.e., first name and surname, address, phone number, and a description and reason for the complaint.

3.3. Complaint Processing Time

Complaints will be processed in writing within 14 days.

3.4. Availability of Regulations

The Game Regulations are available at the Customer Service Department at IKEA Lublin.

3.5. Governing Law

Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
