IKEA Janki "Fairy Tale Children's Day" Outdoor Game Rules

1. General Provisions
1.1. Game Name: "Fairy Tale Children's Day" ("Game").
1.2. Organizer: The Game is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, registered in the entrepreneurs' register of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").
1.3. Purpose: These regulations define the rules for participation in the Game, its course, and the complaint procedure (hereinafter: "Regulations").
2. Participation Conditions
2.1. Game Duration: 21.05.2025 - 04.06.2025, during IKEA store opening hours, i.e., 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
2.2. Game Venue: IKEA Janki store, ul. Plac Szwedzki 1, Raszyn 05-090 ("IKEA Store").
2.3. Target Audience: The Game is intended for families with children aged 3-16 years.
2.4. Game Mechanics: Participants receive a competition card with a map. They must personally or with a guardian's help find scenes from animated films created with IKEA toys and answer the question: "What fairy tale do you see here?" on the competition card, located on the back of the map. Competition cards can be collected at the IKEA store entrance or in the Småland Fairy Tale Forest.
2.5. Map Information: The maps indicate the area within the IKEA store where clues for the competition riddles are located. Additionally, these locations are marked with stickers on the floor.
2.6. Game Completion: The game ends after finding five scenes and writing down their titles. Participants then proceed to the Småland Fairy Tale Forest to submit the completed competition card to an animator to receive a prize. Prize verification will be conducted by the person distributing the prize, but incorrect answers will not affect prize eligibility. If the Småland Fairy Tale Forest is closed, prizes can be collected at the Customer Service Office.
2.7. Prize Limit: One competition card entitles the participant to one prize. A child can participate in the game only once during the Game's duration.
2.8. Supervision: Children may only participate in the Game under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. Leaving children under the care of Game facilitators is prohibited.
2.9. Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for damages suffered by children or caused by children to other persons present in the IKEA Janki store during the Game, nor for damages caused by children to IKEA property.
2.10. Unclaimed Prizes: Unclaimed prizes, as described in point 2.7 of these Regulations, can be collected until the last day of the Game, i.e., until 04.06.2025.
3. Other Provisions
3.1. Complaints: All complaints regarding the Game should be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department at IKEA Janki. Complaints can also be made by phone at 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff), via the complaint form available on the IKEA website, via IKEA Chat available on the IKEA website, or by mail to the IKEA Janki store address: ul. Plac Szwedzki 1, Raszyn 05-090, addressed to the Head of the Customer Service Department.
3.2. Complaint Content: A written complaint must include contact details: name and surname, address, phone number, and a description of the complaint and its reason.
3.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be resolved in writing within 14 days.
3.4. Regulations Availability: The Game Regulations are available at the Customer Service Department at IKEA Janki.
3.5. Applicable Law: Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
These Regulations are effective from 21.05.2025.
