Fraktunie – Secret of Summer Adventures

General Provisions

1.1. Game Name: "Fraktunie – Secret of Summer Adventures" (“Game”).

1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00 and is registered in the entrepreneurs' register of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (“Organizer”).

1.3. Regulations: These regulations define the rules of participation in the Game, its course, and complaint procedures (“Regulations”).

Participation Conditions

2.1. Game Duration: 13.06.2025 - 29.06.2025, during the opening hours of the Småland play area. Opening hours can be checked on the website www.ikea.pl/poznan.

2.2. Game Location: IKEA Poznań store, ul. Szwedzka 10, 61-285 Poznań (“IKEA Store”).

2.3. Target Audience: The Game is intended for children aged 3-16 years.

2.4. Game Description: Participants receive a game card and must personally or with the help of a guardian find 24 letters to solve a puzzle on the card. The letters are located on the store's upper floor, attached to stands under the ceiling. Each letter is accompanied by a KNÖLIG keychain, shaped like a small blue bag. Each tag also includes a digit or number indicating the letter's position in the contest puzzle. The letters, when arranged in the correct order, will form the solution to the contest riddle. Game cards can be collected at the Småland Magical Forest, located at the main entrance of the store.

2.5. Game End: The game ends after finding all the letters of the puzzle and writing them on the game card. Participants should then go to the Swedish Shop to claim their prize upon submitting the completed card.

2.6. Prize Limit: One game card entitles the participant to one prize. Each child can participate in the game only once during its duration.

2.7. Supervision: Children can participate in the Game only under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Children must not be left in the care of the Game organizers.

2.8. Organizer's Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for damages suffered by children or caused by children to other persons present in the IKEA Poznań store during the Game, nor for damages caused by children to IKEA property.

2.9. Unclaimed Prizes: Unclaimed prizes, the conditions for obtaining which are described in point 2.7 of these Regulations, can be collected until the last day of the Game, i.e., until 29.06.2025.

Other Provisions

3.1. Complaints: All complaints regarding the Game should be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department at IKEA Poznań, by phone at: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff), or by mail to the IKEA Poznań store address: ul. Szwedzka 10, 61-285 Poznań, to the attention of the Head of the Customer Service Department.

3.2. Complaint Content: A written complaint must include contact details, i.e., first name and surname, address, phone number, and a description and reason for the complaint.

3.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be resolved in writing within 14 days.

3.4. Regulations Availability: The Game Regulations are available at the Customer Service Department at IKEA Poznań.

3.5. Applicable Law: Matters not covered by these Regulations are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code.

These Regulations are effective from 13.06.2025.
