VidaLite 5 Head Track Pendant

Important:

Read all the instructions included before installing the fixture. Retain this document for future reference.

Safety Warning:

Turn off the power at the main fuse/breaker panel before beginning installation to avoid electrical shock. Do not install the fixture on an unfinished ceiling. Ensure a stable and secure surface before installing. Wear gloves while installing the fixture. Indoor installation only.

Installation Steps:

1. Turn off the power.
2. Unpack and take out the fixture.
3. Remove the mounting bracket subassembly by unscrewing the decorative nuts from the canopy. (Refer to Figure 1)
4. Install mounting bracket to J-Box with mounting screws. (Refer to Figure 2)
5. Adjust the length of the fixture's pendant cable to the desired installation height.
6. Insert the anchor to the ceiling at the correct distance and secure the cable grasper-1 with the self tapping screw.
7. Screw cable grasper-2 into the top cable grasper-1. (Refer to Figure 1)
8. Take out the main power supply wires and ground wire from the J-box.
9. Connect the fixture to a suitable ground wire in accordance with local electrical codes.
10. Connect the White wire to the neutral power line wire with a wire nut.
11. Connect the Black wire to the hot power line wire with a wire nut.
12. Neatly place all wires and wire nut connections inside the J-box.
13. Install the canopy to ceiling with decorative nuts.
14. After completing the installation, turn on the power.
