Congratulations on your purchase of this high-quality SILVERCREST® product. This user manual is an integral part of the product and contains important information regarding safety, operation, and disposal. Please read all instructions carefully.

This product is intended for general consumer electronics use. It records pulse, steps, distance, calories burned, activity duration, and sleep time. It is compatible with iOS (version 8.0 or higher) and Android™ (version 6.0 or higher) via Bluetooth V 5.0. Commercial use is not permitted.

Product Description

The activity tracker consists of the following parts:

• 1. Touch Button: Used for navigation and interaction.
• 2. Display: Shows time, activity data, and notifications.
• 3. Casing: Houses the internal components.
• 4. Marking: Likely a logo or identification mark.
• 5. Heart Rate Sensor: Located on the underside of the casing.
• 6. Bracelet: Adjustable strap for wearing the device.
• 7. Clasp: Secures the bracelet.
• 8. USB Plug: Integrated into the bracelet for charging (not always visible).

The device is identified by the IAN 384759_2107 and model numbers HG09061A / HG09061B.

Safety Instructions

General Safety:

• Read all safety and operating instructions before use.
• Do not open the product; repairs must be performed by qualified personnel.
• Do not use while driving.
• This product is not a medical device. Consult a doctor before starting a regular training program.
• Protect from shocks, vibrations, direct sunlight, and dirt.
• Warranty does not cover damage from improper handling or unauthorized modifications.
• Keep sharp objects away from the product.
• If you have a pacemaker or defibrillator, consult your doctor before use.
• Avoid strong magnetic fields.
• Remove the product before entering saunas due to temperature differences and potential condensation.

Battery Safety:

• The integrated battery cannot be removed or replaced by the user. Do not open the casing.
• Do not expose the product or battery to fire or extreme mechanical stress.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (e.g., near radiators, direct sunlight).
• In case of battery leakage, avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. Rinse affected areas immediately and seek medical attention. Wear protective gloves if handling a leaking battery.
• Dispose of the product responsibly, noting the integrated battery requires recycling.
• Do not cover the product during operation or charging to prevent overheating.
• Do not use in airplanes, hospitals, or near medical electronic systems due to potential radio interference. Maintain a distance of at least 20 cm from pacemakers/defibrillators.

Getting Started

Before First Use:

• Charge the product fully.
• Ensure the product is charged regularly to maintain battery performance.

Charging the Battery:

• Separate the casing from the bracelet by gently pulling at the marked area.
• Connect the exposed USB plug to a USB port.
• The product will turn on automatically when connected to USB.
• Charging takes approximately 1.5 hours. The charge level is shown on the screen.
• The product cannot be used while charging.

Initial App Setup:

• Download the "SilverCrest Watch" app via the QR code on the packaging or product label.
• Install the app and activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.
• Open the app and read the Privacy Policy. Agree to proceed.
• Follow the app instructions to pair your smartwatch. This involves entering a 6-digit code displayed on the watch into the app.
• Ensure the watch is worn correctly on the wrist for accurate measurements. Adjust the bracelet for a snug but comfortable fit.

Product Features

Display and Navigation:

• Briefly press the touch button [1] to activate the screen [2].
• Long-press the touch button [1] to switch between watch faces. You can choose from 7 available watch faces.

Navigation:

• Press the touch button [1] to cycle through menus: steps, distance, calories, sleep quality, sports sub-menu, messages, etc.
• The product automatically records daily activity data.

App Synchronization:

• Ensure the product is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
• Open the SilverCrest Watch app and select the "Home" tab.
• Swipe down on the screen to manually sync data.

Sleep Tracking:

• The product automatically records sleep quality data.
• The app provides daily, weekly, and monthly overviews.

Sports Tracking:

• Access the "Sport" mode by pressing the touch button [1] briefly.
• Select from various activities: Walking, Running, Indoor Run, Hiking, Cycling, Swimming, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Jumping, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Yoga.
• Long-press the touch button [1] to start recording an activity.
• The display shows activity duration, distance, calories, and heart rate (indicated by colored bars).
• To end an activity, long-press the touch button [1]. Data is saved if the duration is over 2 minutes and at least 200 steps were taken.

Daily Goals:

• Set personal goals for steps, distance, calories, and sleep duration/quality via the app's "Settings" > "Daily Goal" menu.

Messages/Notifications:

• Access messages by pressing the touch button [1].
• Long-press the touch button [1] to view notifications for calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, etc.
• Notifications appear once and are not repeated.
• Configure which apps can send notifications via the app's "Settings" > "Notifications" menu.

Reminders:

• Set up to 5 reminders in the SilverCrest Watch app ("Reminder" section).
• Configure reminder type (e.g., Sport, Sleep, Medicine), time, and repeat frequency.
• Save the reminder to activate it. The product will vibrate when a reminder is active.
• Reminders are applied after the next synchronization.

Connect Smartwatch:

• Access via "Settings" > "Connect Smartwatch". This function is available when the activity tracker is within Bluetooth range and no other activity sensor is paired.

Camera Shutter:

• Use the watch as a remote shutter for your smartphone's camera via "Settings" > "Camera Shutter".

"More" Menu:

• Find Phone: Long-press the touch button [1] to make your paired smartphone ring.
• Brightness: Adjust screen brightness (5 levels).
• Display Off: Set screen timeout (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 seconds).
• Dial Switch: Change the watch face.
• BT Music: Control music playback on your smartphone.
• Stopwatch: Use the built-in stopwatch.
• Camera: Access the camera shutter function.
• Language: Change the display language (German, French, English, Dutch, Hungarian, Serbian, Czech, Slovenian).
• Shutdown: Turn off the device.
• System: View device information (Bluetooth MAC address, firmware version, device name).
• Reset: Restore the product to factory settings.
• Bluetooth: Enable or disable Bluetooth.

System Settings (via App):

• Display: Customize app display preferences.
• Language: Set the app language.
• Units of Measure: Select metric or imperial for distance and temperature.
• 12-Hour Format: Choose between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour time format.
• Heart Rate: Activate/deactivate automatic heart rate monitoring and set start/end times.
• Smart Wake Up: Turn on the screen by raising your wrist.
• Do Not Disturb: Set a time period (start/end time) during which the product will not disturb you (e.g., at night).
• Health Reminders:
  • Sedentary: Set reminders to move after periods of inactivity.
  • Drink Water: Set reminders to drink water.
• About: Displays the app version number.
• Connect to Google Fit (Android): Export data to Google Fit.
• Connect to Apple Health (iOS): Export data to Apple Health.
• Weather: Displays current weather conditions based on your location.
• Firmware Update: The app will notify you when a new firmware version is available.

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues:

• Toggle Bluetooth on/off on your smartphone.
• Restart your smartphone.
• Ensure your smartphone is discoverable in Bluetooth settings.
• Reinstall the SilverCrest Watch app.

Data Transfer Issues:

• Sync regularly (within 7 days) to prevent older data from being overwritten.

Inaccurate Distance Calculation:

• Ensure your height and stride length are correctly entered in the app.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning:

• Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. A lens cleaning cloth is ideal.
• Clean the bracelet with lukewarm water and mild soapy solution using a sponge. Dry with a cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Storage:

• Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and dust.
• If storing for an extended period, fully charge the battery first. Recharge periodically to maintain battery health.

Disposal and Compliance

Disposal:

• Before disposing of or returning the product, erase all data via the "Reset Watch" function in the app.
• Packaging materials are recyclable. Dispose of them according to local regulations.
• The product and its packaging are recyclable.
• The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that this product must not be disposed of with household waste. It must be collected separately for recycling.
• Batteries must be recycled according to directive 2006/66/CE.
• The integrated battery cannot be removed. Take the product to a collection center for WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Warranty

This product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries) or damage from improper use, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
