Scope of Delivery

Water Resistance (IP68)

Protection against water splashes, water, and dust (IEC 60529: IP68). Water resistance is not a permanent feature. The product can be worn during daily activities such as washing hands, showering, or in the rain. It is protected against short immersion in water (max. 1 meter depth for up to 30 minutes).

  • Before each use: Check the product for damage. Do not use a damaged product.
  • This product may be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the product safely and understand the risks involved.
  • This product is not a toy for children. Children must not clean or maintain the device.
  • ⚠️ DANGER! CHOKING HAZARD!: Do not leave children unsupervised near packaging materials. Packaging materials pose a choking hazard. Children often cannot assess the associated dangers. Always keep children away from packaging materials. Packaging materials are not toys.
  • Never open the product. Improper repairs can lead to significant user hazards. Repairs should always be carried out by a qualified specialist.
  • Do not operate the product while driving. Distraction can be dangerous.
  • The product is not intended for medical use. It helps calculate distance covered and calories burned during exercise. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program.
  • Protect the product from strong impacts, vibrations, direct sunlight, and dirt.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, failure to follow the user manual, or unauthorized tampering with the product.
  • Do not insert any objects into the product and keep sharp objects away from it.
  • If the user has an implanted heart pacemaker or defibrillator, they must consult their doctor before first use.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the product. Do not exert pressure on the product.
  • Avoid strong magnetic fields (e.g., from speakers). Failure to comply may lead to inaccurate measurements.
  • Saltwater and thermal water can lead to corrosion of metal parts. Remove the product before visiting a sauna, as temperature differences can cause condensation, potentially damaging the product.

Battery Safety Instructions

  • ❗ WARNING! EXPLOSION HAZARD!: The user cannot remove or replace the built-in battery. Never open the casing. Never expose the product with a built-in battery to fire.
  • Do not subject the product with a built-in battery to mechanical stress.
  • Risk of Battery Leakage: Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures that could affect the product with the built-in battery, such as heat from radiators or direct sunlight. Do not allow leaked chemicals to come into contact with skin, eyes, or mucous membranes. Immediately rinse affected areas with clean water and consult a doctor.
  • ✋ WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES!: Leaking or damaged batteries can cause skin burns. Always wear appropriate protective gloves.
  • When disposing of this product, remember that it contains a battery.
  • Risk of Product Damage: This product contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not place lit candles or other open flames on or near the product. Immediately switch off the product if you notice smoke, unusual noises, or smells. If this happens during charging, disconnect the product from the USB port immediately.
  • Sudden temperature fluctuations can lead to condensation inside the product. In such cases, allow the product to acclimatize for some time before use to avoid short circuits.
  • ❗ WARNING: Do not cover the product during operation or charging, as it may overheat.
  • ❗ WARNING! RADIO INTERFERENCE!: Do not use the product in aircraft, hospitals, operating rooms, or near electronic medical systems. Radio waves can impair the function of sensitive electrical devices. Maintain a minimum distance of 20 cm between the product and pacemakers or implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, as electromagnetic radiation may affect pacemaker function. Radio waves may cause interference with hearing aids. OWIM GmbH & Co. KG is not liable for interference with radio and television receivers caused by unauthorized modifications. OWIM GmbH & Co. KG is also not liable for the use or replacement of components not distributed by OWIM. The product user is solely responsible for rectifying faults caused by unauthorized modifications and component replacements.

Getting Started

Before First Use

⚠️ CAUTION! Ensure that no foreign objects get into the product.

  • When using an optional USB power adapter, follow its operating instructions.
  • With wireless data transmission, unauthorized access by third parties cannot be ruled out.

Operating System Updates

To ensure the highest product quality, it is essential to update the operating system of your smartphone. Regularly update the operating system.

General Product Information

Water Resistance (IP68)

Protection against water splashes, water, and dust (IEC 60529: IP68). Water resistance is not a permanent feature. The product can be worn during daily activities. Washing hands, showering, rain, or similar situations will not harm the product. The product is protected against short immersion in water (max. 1 meter depth for up to 30 minutes).

Before First Use

After unpacking the product:

  • Charge the product (see "Battery Charging" section for more information).
  • Charge the product for an adequate amount of time. The battery capacity will decrease if the voltage is too low for an extended period.

Battery Charging

  1. Hold the casing [3] firmly with one hand. Grasp the watch strap [6] with the other hand.
  2. Unfold the casing [3] and watch strap [6] at the marked area [4].
  3. Connect the exposed USB plug [8] to a free USB port on a computer.
  4. When the battery is fully charged: Remove the USB plug [8] from the USB port.
  5. Connect the USB plug [8] to the watch strap [6].

? NOTE: Ensure the contacts of the USB plug [8] are correctly connected to the USB port contacts. If the product does not charge, turn the USB plug 180° and reconnect it to the USB port. The product automatically turns on when connected to the USB port. The product cannot be used while charging. The charging status is shown on the display [2]. One charging cycle with approx. 92 mA takes about 1.5 hours.

App Initial Setup

Notes

All screenshots are from the Android app (version 10) or iOS app (version 13.3). Older software versions may have functional limitations. Firmware updates may lead to changes in app functionality. Screenshots are for reference only. Minor differences may occur between iOS and Android versions.

Preparation

  • Download the SilverCrest Watch app using the QR code on the packaging. The QR code is also on the sticker on the product's display.
  • Install the SilverCrest Watch app.
  • Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  1. Open the app.
  2. Read the Privacy Policy.
  3. Tap “I agree”.

? NOTE: You can only use all product functions after selecting "I agree".

Pairing the Product and App

  1. Tap to start pairing the product and app.
  2. On the product, enable Bluetooth: Tap the touch button [1]. The last 4 digits of the product's MAC address will appear on the display [2]. This means you must first pair the product with the app before use.
  3. The app will display a 6-digit code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code in the app to complete the pairing process.
  5. Tap “Connect”.

? NOTE: The Bluetooth pairing user interface may look different depending on your smartphone.

? NOTE: If no product is found during the search, swipe down on the app screen to refresh. Tap the touch button [1] to reactivate Bluetooth.

Impact on Measurement Accuracy

Incorrectly wearing the product can lead to measurement errors:

Operation

Watch Face

  • Press the touch button [1] to activate the display [2].
  • In time display mode, press and hold the touch button [1] to access the watch face selection mode. Select one of the 7 available watch faces.
  • Press and hold the touch button [1] to confirm your preferred watch face.

Navigation

On the Watch Face

Tap the touch button [1] to navigate through the menu. The number of steps, distance covered, calories burned, sleep duration, heart rate, sport sub-menu, messages, etc., are displayed. The product automatically records daily activity data.

? NOTE: Pressing the touch button [1] activates the display [2].

In the App

The app provides a daily, weekly, or monthly overview of data. To view daily, weekly, or monthly data: Tap the corresponding tab in the app. Synchronize your mobile device with the SilverCrest Watch app and check activity data on your mobile device.

Sleep

The product automatically records sleep data.

Synchronize your mobile device with the SilverCrest Watch app and check sleep data on your mobile device.

Sport

Press the touch button [1] to activate the display [2]. Activate Sport mode.

Press and hold the touch button [1] to open the sub-menu. The product can record the following activities:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Indoor Running
  • Hiking
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
  • Badminton
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Football
  • Skipping
  • Table Tennis
  • Volleyball
  • Yoga

Select the desired activity by briefly pressing the touch button [1]. Display [2] shows two activities, one at the top and one at the bottom. The selected activity is displayed at the top of the screen. Press and hold the touch button [1] to start the activity. The product will begin counting down and recording data.

After selecting an activity, the display will show an indicator for activities like: Cycling, Swimming, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Skipping, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Yoga.

After selecting a discipline, the display will show an indicator for Swimming.

Press the touch button [1] to display the next value, if available.

? NOTE: Heart rate per minute (bpm) measured by the product is shown on the colored bar at the bottom of the display:

After completing an activity, tap the touch button [1] to end data recording. Data is saved on the product and can be tracked in the SilverCrest Watch app.

? NOTE: If the recording time is less than 2 minutes and fewer than 200 steps are taken, no data will be saved.

Daily Goal

Open Settings. Tap Daily Goal. This function allows you to set goals for steps, distance covered, calories burned, and sleep duration and quality.

Message

Tap the touch button [1] to go to the Message mode. Check notifications: Press and hold the touch button [1] to open the sub-menu for incoming calls, SMS, WhatsApp, E-mail, etc.

? NOTE: If there are multiple notifications, they are displayed one after another by tapping the touch button [1]. Notifications are displayed only once and cannot be repeated.

You can select which apps you want to receive messages from. On your mobile device, open the SilverCrest Watch app and navigate to Settings.

Reminder

? NOTE: Up to five reminders can be set in the SilverCrest Watch app.

Configuration

Open the app and select the Reminder function.

Select Reminder Type: Sport, Sleep, Meal, Medicine, Wake up, Meeting. Set the day of the week and time. Tap OK to confirm. Tap Save to activate the alarm. When the alarm sounds, a clock symbol appears on display [2] and the product vibrates.

? NOTE: The setting is only available after the next product synchronization.

Add a new reminder: Tap + New Reminder.

Connect Smartwatch

Open Settings and tap "Connect smartwatch".

? NOTE: This function is only available within Bluetooth range and when no fitness band is connected to the app.

Take Photo

Open Settings and tap "Take Photo" to access the camera mode on the product and mobile device.

Press the touch button [1] to take a photo, which will be saved on your mobile device. You can also use the shutter button on your mobile device. The photo can then be saved elsewhere on your mobile device.

More Menu

Tap and hold the touch button [1] to access the More screen and its sub-menus.

Sub-menu: Find Phone

Tap and hold the touch button [1] until your mobile device vibrates. An alarm will sound to help you locate your mobile device.

Sub-menu: Brightness

You can adjust the product's brightness at any time. There are 5 brightness levels available. Tap the touch button [1] to select the desired brightness level. Press and hold the touch button [1] for 2 seconds to confirm the selected brightness level.

Sub-menu: Turn off screen

You can set a timer for the screen to turn off after 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 seconds of inactivity. Tap the touch button [1] to select the desired screen-off time. Press and hold the touch button [1] for 2 seconds to confirm the selected time.

Sub-menu: Change watch face

The watch face can be changed at any time. Tap the touch button [1] to select your preferred display. Press and hold the touch button [1] for 2 seconds to confirm the selected watch face.

Sub-menu: BT Music

This product allows you to control music playback functions on your smartphone (e.g., previous track, play, pause, next track). Tap the touch button [1] to select the desired function. Tap the touch button [1] to confirm the selected function.

Sub-menu: Stopwatch

This function allows you to use the stopwatch. Tap the touch button [1] to start or stop the stopwatch. Tap the touch button [1] to exit the function.

Sub-menu: Camera

Select the camera function.

Sub-menu: Language

You can select your preferred language (German, French, English, Dutch, Hungarian, Serbian, Czech, Slovenian). Tap the touch button [1] to select the language. Tap the touch button [1] to confirm the selected language.

Sub-menu: Power off

Press and hold the touch button [1] to turn off the device.

Sub-menu: System

Tap and hold the touch button [1] to display the following information: Bluetooth MAC Address, Firmware Version, Device Name.

Sub-menu: Reset Smartwatch

This function resets the product to factory settings.

Bluetooth can be turned on or off at any time.

Advanced Settings

Open Settings. Tap Advanced Settings.

App Appearance

Select your preferred theme to change the app's appearance.

Language

Select the language used by the app.

Select the desired units for distance and temperature.

12-hour format

Select the time format used for display. = 12-hour format, = 24-hour format. ? NOTE: In 12-hour format, the display shows AM or PM. AM = ante meridiem = before noon, PM = post meridiem = after noon.

Heart Rate Detection

Enable or disable automatic heart rate detection. Select Interval, Start Time, and End Time.

Wrist Gesture Activation

With this function, the display [2] can be activated by gestures. When this function is enabled, simply raise your hand to activate the display.

Do Not Disturb

Set the Start Time and End Time for the period when you do not want to be disturbed (e.g., at night). The product will enter sleep mode during the set period.

Health Reminder

Sedentary Reminder

Set the Start Time and End Time for the period during which the product monitors inactivity. Set the Frequency (e.g., every 30 minutes) at which the device will vibrate to remind you to become active.

Hydration Reminder

Set the Start Time and End Time for the period during which the selected apps will send reminders to drink. Set the Frequency (e.g., every 30 minutes) at which you will receive reminders to drink water. The product vibrates at the set time when you need to drink water.

About App

This tab (on the Advanced Settings page) displays the app's version number.

App Connectivity

Connecting to Google Fit (Android)

Selecting this function will prompt you to enter your email address. Your recorded data will be exported to Google Fit (requires a user account). Activities will be tracked automatically.

Connecting to Apple Health (iOS)

Selecting this function allows you to export data (e.g., steps, sleep, walking, running) from the product to the Apple Health app.

Weather

Enter your current location to update the weather conditions.

? NOTE: To display weather conditions on display [2], you must first enter your current location in the app and then synchronize the app with the product.

Software Update

The app will inform you when a new software version is available.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Reset Smartwatch

This function deletes all data and resets the product to factory settings. ? NOTE: Sport data is stored locally on the mobile device after synchronizing the product with the SilverCrest Watch app. This data will be deleted when you select the "Reset smartwatch" function.

Privacy Policy

View the privacy policy: Tap "Privacy Policy" (on the Settings page).

Device Manual

View the full user manual: Tap "Device Manual" (on the Settings page). The product redirects you to the Lidl website and opens the full user manual.

Revoke Consent

This option can be selected at any time. After confirming revocation of consent, all data saved in the app will be deleted, and factory settings will be restored.

Special System Permissions

View special system permissions required for certain functions: Tap "Special System Permissions".

Troubleshooting

The following table helps resolve minor problems:

Error Solution
No connection between the product and the mobile device. Turn Bluetooth on and off on the mobile device. Re-establish connection. Turn the mobile device on and off. Enable mobile device visibility in Bluetooth settings. Reinstall the SilverCrest Watch app on the mobile device.
Not all measured data is transferred. If the product has not been synchronized with the SilverCrest Watch app for the last 7 days, older data will be overwritten. Regularly synchronize the product with the app.
Incorrect distance calculation. Ensure that height and step length are entered correctly. The product calculates approximate distances based on the user's height.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. A glasses cleaning cloth is ideal. Clean the watch strap after each use with a sponge, using lukewarm water or a mild soap solution. Dry all parts with a cloth. Sweat and dirt are harmful to the sensor's function. Do not use hard, abrasive objects, cleaning agents, or solvents to clean the product.

Storage

Store the product in a dry, dust-free place away from direct sunlight. If the product will not be used for an extended period, fully charge the built-in battery beforehand to extend its lifespan. Regularly charge the built-in battery if the device is not used for a long time. This is necessary for battery maintenance.

Regulatory & Warranty

Disposal

? NOTE: Before passing the product on to another person, before disposal, or returning it to the manufacturer: Delete all data from the product. The "Reset smartwatch" option in the app allows you to delete all data from the product's memory (see "Reset smartwatch").

The packaging is made from environmentally friendly materials that can be recycled at a local recycling facility. When sorting waste, pay attention to the marking of packaging materials, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1-7: Plastics / 20-22: Paper and cardboard / 80-98: Composite materials. The product and packaging material are recyclable and should be disposed of separately for better waste processing. The Triman logo is only valid for France. Information on how to dispose of the used product can be obtained from your local municipality.

The symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin indicates that the product is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU. This directive states that at the end of its service life, the product must not be disposed of with normal household waste but must be handed in at specially established collection points, collection centers, or disposal facilities.

Damaged or used batteries/rechargeable batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Hand in batteries/rechargeable batteries and/or the product at available collection points. The built-in rechargeable battery cannot be dismantled for disposal. The product must be handed in as a whole at a collection point for used electronics.

EC Declaration of Conformity

OWIM GmbH & Co. KG hereby declares that the product OPASKA FITNESS HG09061A / HG09061B complies with Directives 2014/53/EU and 2011/65/EU. The full text of the EC Declaration of Conformity is available at the following internet address: www.owim.com

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to high quality standards and subjected to rigorous quality control before shipment. In case of product defects, buyers are entitled to statutory rights. The warranty does not limit the statutory rights of the product buyer.

The product is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty expires in case of damage caused by the user, improper use, or maintenance. In the event of material or manufacturing defects within 3 years of purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty service covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries) or damage to fragile parts such as switches, batteries, or glass components. According to the Civil Code, Art. 581 §1, the warranty period restarts with the replacement of the device or a significant component. The warranty also excludes a decrease in water resistance. The water resistance is not a permanent feature and requires regular maintenance. Please note that unauthorized opening and repair will void the warranty claims.

Procedure for Warranty Repair

To ensure prompt processing of your request, please follow these instructions: Before contacting the service department, prepare your receipt and the article number (IAN 384759_2107) as proof of purchase. Article numbers can be found on the nameplate, engraving, the title page of the manual (bottom left), or as a sticker on the back or bottom. In case of operational errors or other defects, first contact the service department listed below by phone or email. The defective product can then be sent free of charge to the provided service address, along with proof of purchase (receipt) and a description of the defect and when it occurred.
