How to Redeem Your Rebate
- Purchase any of the products listed above between August 4, 2025 and August 31, 2025 at Newegg.com or Newegg.ca ONLY.
- Completely fill out this rebate form (circle rebate item above). Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Send only ONE rebate form per item purchased.
- Enclose a copy of sales invoice or packing slip with the qualifying item circled (receipt must have reseller name, purchase date, invoice number, billing name, and address). Order confirmations/Sales orders will not be accepted.
- Billing Name and Address on the invoice must match the name and address on the mail-in rebate form.
- Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC Code from the product box.
- Submission must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2025.
- Mail the ORIGINAL UPC code, a copy of sales invoice, and completed rebate form to:

This rebate offer is available to qualifying end-user purchasers of a qualifying product. Rebates will be denied if any terms and conditions are not met. Your product receipt or invoice must show a purchase date valid during the promotion period (August 4, 2025 - August 31, 2025) from Newegg.com or Newegg.ca. This offer is not combinable with any other offer or promotion. It is valid in USA and Canada only. This offer is for End Users ONLY; resellers and distributors of products and their families are excluded. A copy of a confirmation email is not considered an acceptable invoice. A limit of ONE (1) rebate is allowed per person, receipt, household, family, or address; resellers and distributors are excluded. The purchaser's name and address on the rebate form MUST match those on the receipt or invoice; otherwise, the rebate will be denied. PO Boxes are not accepted for this promotion. Any copy of a UPC label will NOT be accepted. Inquiries received after the postmarked date of this promotion will not be acknowledged. Please allow 10-12 weeks after claim receipt by the fulfillment company to receive your rebate. All rebates are issued in US dollars.
