What's in the Box
Your 7-in-1 Multifunctional Air Fryer comes with 10 accessories:
- A: Air Fryer
- B: Air Fry Basket: Use to fry larger quantities of foods. Always place on the drip tray (C) inserted into the lowest rail.
- C: Drip Tray: Use to collect oil and other residues during the frying process.
- D: Frying Tray (2): Use to dehydrate, fry crispy snacks, and reheat food.
- E: Rotisserie Stand: Use to place the accessory (F, G, H) when hot after cooking. CAUTION: Do not place the stand inside the oven.
- F: Rotating Drum Basket: Use to fry food more evenly. Use to prepare french fries and roasted dry fruits.
- G: Skewers Rack: Use to air fry / barbeque meat/fish/vegetables.
- H: Rotisserie Forks: Use to air fry whole chicken/large pieces of meat. Force shaft lengthwise through the meat.
- I: Handle Tool: Use to place and remove the accessory (F, G, H).

- To disconnect, turn any control to "off" then remove plug from wall outlet.

- Avoid contacting moving parts.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK! Cook only in removable container.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other), to reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
- Be sure that handles are assembled and fastened properly.
- Only the included cord should be used.
- Leave at least 4" (10 cm) of space in all directions around the product to ensure sufficient ventilation.
- To prevent food contact with the heat element, do not overfill the rotating basket.
- When in operation, hot air is released through the air outlet on the back of the product. Keep hands and face at a safe distance from the air outlet. Never cover the air outlet. Can be hot and should not be touched without precautions.

Getting to Know Your 13 QT Air Fryer Appliance
Air Inlet: Where air enters the appliance.
Air Outlet: Where hot air is expelled.
Touchscreen Control: The main interface for operating the air fryer.
Door with Extra Large Viewing Window: Allows you to monitor cooking progress.
Metal Notch: For securing the rotisserie rod.
Door Handle: For opening and closing the door.
Touchscreen Control
The control panel features a digital display and several preset menu icons.
POWER (▶️) button: Press to begin. Pressing again turns the appliance off.
DIGITAL DISPLAY: Shows the set TEMPERATURE and remaining TIME. When time counts down to 00:00, "OFF" appears, and 5 beeps sound as the appliance turns off automatically.
10 PRESET MENU ICONS: Select from French Fries, Meat, Fish, Toast, Pizza, Chicken, Cake, Whole Chicken, Dehydrate, Reheat.
LIGHT (?) button: Press to turn the interior light on or off. The button flashes when on. The light illuminates when the door is opened and turns off when the door is closed.
FAN (?) Icon: Flashes when the Air Fryer is ON.
TIME (⏳) button: Press to adjust cooking time. Use '+' and '-' to add/decrease time by 1 minute, or long-press for 5-minute increments.
TEMPERATURE (?️) button: Press to adjust cooking temperature. Use '+' and '-' to add/decrease temperature by 5°F.
ROTISSERIE (?) button: Press to turn the rotisserie function ON/OFF when the assembly is properly installed.

NOTE: Rotisserie can be used along with the 10 presets or at the default temperature of 380°F for 15 mins. When using the Whole Chicken preset, the rotisserie is automatically turned on.
Start Cooking
CAUTION: RISK OF FIRE! Never use a cooking container filled with cooking oil or other hot liquids.
CAUTION: RISK OF BURNS! The product gets hot during and after use. Do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Wear oven mitts during use.
- Put the food on/inside the selected accessory and place it in the appliance.
- Choose the pre-set cooking program by tapping on its icon, or set manually.
- Select cooking time by tapping the +/- time icon (2).
- Select cooking temperature by tapping the +/- temperature icon (8).
- Tap the Power button (▶️) (3) to start cooking.
During Cooking:
- Remove the handle tool (I) from the appliance.
- Close the door.
- To switch the rotation function on and off, tap the Rotisserie button (?).
- After cooking, use the handle tool (I) to remove the accessory (F, G, H).
- Lift the handle tool (I) and the accessory (F, G, H) carefully out of the appliance.
Using the Accessories
Detailed instructions for using each accessory:
- Frying Basket (B): For larger quantities of food. Place on the drip tray (C) in the lowest rail.
- Drip Tray (C): Collects oil and residue.
- Frying Tray (D): For dehydrating, crispy snacks, and reheating.
- Rotisserie Stand (E): For resting hot accessories. Do not place inside the oven.
- Rotating Basket (F): For even frying, french fries, and roasted dry fruits.
- Skewers Rack (G): For air frying/barbecuing meat, fish, and vegetables.
- Rotisserie Forks (H): For air frying whole chicken or large meat pieces. Insert shaft lengthwise through the meat.
- Handle Tool (I): For placing and removing accessories.
Using The Frying Basket (B):
Attach Handle: 1. Gently press sides of handle together. 2. Insert ends into basket slots from top and release. 3. Rotate clip on handle until it clicks.
Remove Handle: 1. Flip right side of clip up and rotate underneath. 2. Gently press sides of handle together and lift off basket.
Using the Skewer Forks (H):
Assemble Skewers: 1. Insert food onto skewers. 2. Slide skewers into the rack (G). 3. Attach forks (H) to the ends of the rack.
Using the Skewers Rack (G):
Assemble Rack: 1. Insert food onto skewers. 2. Slide skewers into the rack (G). 3. Attach forks (H) to the ends of the rack.
Using The Rotating Basket (F):
Assembly: 1. Attach the handle tool to the basket. 2. Insert the basket into the appliance.
Insert Rotisserie into Appliance (F, G, H):
Hold the assembled Rotisserie Rod at a slight angle (right side higher) and insert the left side of the rod into the appliance's rotisserie connection.
Using The Stand (E):
The stand is used to hold hot accessories after cooking.
Using the Rotisserie Handle (I):
The handle tool is used to safely insert and remove accessories.
Placing The Frying Trays (D):
Place trays on lower rails for lower temperatures and higher rails for higher temperatures.

Adjusting The Temperature
Press the +/- keys (8) to adjust the temperature. The temperature can be adjusted at any time before and during the cooking process.

Notice: Check the doneness of the food either by cutting a big piece open to check if it is cooked through or using a food thermometer (not included) to check the internal temperature. Refer to suggested minimum internal temperatures:

Cooking Tips
- FOR A CRISPY SURFACE, pat the food dry then lightly toss or spray with oil to encourage browning.
- To estimate FRYING TIME FOR FOODS THAT ARE NOT MENTIONED IN THE COOKING CHART, set the temperature 10 °F (6°C) lower and the timer with 30% - 50% less time than what is stated in the recipe for traditional oven cooking.
- WHEN FRYING HIGH FAT FOODS (e.g. chicken wings, sausages) pour away excess oils in the drip tray (C) in between batches to avoid the oil smoking.
Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION: Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug the product before cleaning.
CAUTION: Risk of burns! The product is hot during and after cooking. Do not touch the air inlet, air outlet or the accessories with bare hands. Let the product cool down for 30 mins before cleaning.
Cleaning Guide:
- Wipe the product with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
- Dry the product and the accessories after cleaning.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from children and pets.
Maintenance
Any other servicing than mentioned in this manual should be performed by a professional repair center.
Troubleshooting

The product shuts down suddenly due to overheating. | Unplug the product and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. |
