Mini Strobe Siren WS-105

Operation Manual

Product Overview

The siren unit features a central Power Switch/Connect Button. Above it is the Strobe Light indicator, and below it is the Siren speaker.

Introduction

The wireless siren is powered by AC 100V~240V. Users can install multiple wireless sirens indoors in different locations to deter illegal intruders. Multiple wireless sirens in different places can be wirelessly connected to a control panel to build a system. When the control panel receives alarm signals from detectors, wireless sirens will hoot and the strobe lights will flash. The wireless siren can also function as a standalone control panel. Users can choose wireless accessories with the same frequency to connect with the siren, building a standalone on-site alarm system.

Work as Wireless Siren

When functioning as a wireless siren, it must be connected to a wireless control panel in advance. When the control panel alarms, the siren hoots and the strobe light flashes to deter illegal intruders.

Connect to Control Panel

First, press the connect button (0.5 seconds). The wireless siren beeps once. After 3 seconds, it gives another beep and the strobe light flashes, indicating it has entered connecting status. Next, press the [SOS] or [Arm] button on the control panel. The wireless siren and control panel will connect successfully after one beep. Press the connect button again to exit connecting status after one beep.

Note: Please do not trigger any accessory while connecting with the control panel.

Power Management

Power on

The siren is powered off by default. Plug the siren into an AC power socket, then press the power switch button. The siren powers on after a long beep.

Power off

Press the connect button once while the siren is in working status. Then, press and hold the connect button for 6 seconds until a long beep is heard. The siren powers off.

Siren and Strobe Light Indication

When armed, the strobe light will be on after one flash. When disarmed, the strobe light goes out after two flashes. When armed or disarmed in mute mode, the siren does not beep and the strobe light does not flash.

Work as Standalone Alarm

The siren can build a standalone alarm system by adding wireless accessories. If any sensor is triggered while the system is armed, the siren will hoot and the strobe light will flash to deter illegal intruders.

Connect Wireless Accessories

First, press the connect button (0.5 seconds). The wireless siren beeps once. After 3 seconds, it gives another beep and the strobe light flashes, indicating it has entered connecting status. Next, trigger a wireless accessory once (e.g., press any button on a remote control, or activate a wireless door sensor transmitter and its magnet, or press the test button on the backside of a PIR sensor). It will be connected after one beep. Repeat the above operation to connect other accessories.

Note: The siren supports up to 40 wireless accessories.

Testing

Press the [Arm] button on the remote control. If the wireless siren flashes once, the connection of the remote control is successful. Then, trigger a sensor; the siren will hoot. If not, the connection fails, and you should reconnect.

Clear All Accessories or Panels

If accessories are lost, especially wireless remote controls, it is recommended to delete and reconnect all accessories for security. Press and hold the connect button for 6 seconds until one beep is heard. Simultaneously, the LED indicator flashes twice, indicating that all connected accessories and panels have been cleared. To use the siren, please reconnect the accessories or panels.

Entry and Exit Delay

When wireless accessories are set in Independent Delay Zone, entry and exit delays can be applied to the siren. After setup, pressing the [Arm] button once on the remote control causes the siren to beep once every 5 seconds until it enters Arm status. Pressing the [Arm] button twice immediately puts the siren into Arm status. When wireless accessories in a delay zone are triggered, the siren will hoot after the delayed time (Siren ringing time is 3 minutes).

The setup method is as follows:

Default setting: no delay.

The above delay settings are effective only for accessories in Independent Delay Zone, not for accessories in Home Mode Zone or Normal Zone.

Changing Zone Settings

To change the zone setting, open the shell of the accessory; there is a small area for zone setting. If the zone setting is changed, the accessories need to be re-connected with the control panel.

Switch on/off Night Lamp

When the siren is working as a standalone alarm, it can also be used as an LED night lamp. Press the [Stay] button twice on the remote control; the siren will enter Home Mode, and the strobe light will switch on silently as a night lamp. Press the [Disarm] button; the siren will be disarmed, and the strobe light will switch off.
