Parts Identification

Before assembling the stroller, check that you have all the parts for this model.

Note: Wheel style may vary. Refer to the car seat manual for base type and instructions.

Assembly Instructions

Multi-Position Handle

To adjust the handle, press the buttons to move it up or down to a comfortable position (See Figure 1).

Front Wheels

Remove the stroller from the box. The front and rear wheels MUST be installed prior to use.

To attach the front wheels, unfold the stroller. Unlock the release lever (See Figure 2a). Position the handle as shown (See Figure 1) and unfold the stroller frame by pulling upward on the handle until the frame locks (See Figure 2b).

Lean the stroller backward and push the front wheel posts into the wheel housing. Press firmly to lock each wheel into position. Pull on the wheel assembly to ensure it is securely attached to the stroller (See Figure 2c).

Rear Wheels

Lean the stroller forward to rest on the front wheels.

Press the rear wheel posts into the rear frame hub until they click into place (See Figure 3a). Pull on the rear wheel to ensure it is securely attached.

Never use the stroller if wheels do not lock into place. For assistance, contact customer service at 1-800-328-7363.

If replacing the rear wheel, press the lever and pull the wheel out (See Figure 3b).

Attaching the Seat

WARNING: Never jog or run with your newborn in the stroller. Use for strolling only.

Ensure the seat fabric is properly attached to the seat support bar. If the seat fabric is unzipped, wrap the fabric around the bar and zip it closed. Ensure the fabric is wrapped around the bar and properly snapped into place under the seat (See Figures 4a, 4b).

Attach the seat by lining up the seat anchors on the side of the seat with the anchors on the stroller frame and push them together until they click securely (See Figure 4c). The seat can face frontward or backward.

To remove the seat, push both release buttons on each side of the seat anchors and lift the seat upwards (See Figure 4d). NOTE: For the stroller seat only: DO NOT remove with child in the stroller seat.

Seat Back Position

The seat has multiple recline positions controlled by a cord and spring-loaded adjuster behind the seat. To recline the seat, press the side tabs on the adjuster and pull downward (See Figure 5a). To place the seat back in a more upright position, grab the adjuster with one hand and pull the cord to the desired position with the other hand (See Figure 5b). The cord will lock automatically.

Canopy

To open the canopy: Attach the hook and loop fasteners located on the underside of the canopy to the seat frame (See Figure 6a). Push forward on the front edge of the canopy while holding the rear in place (See Figure 6b).

On the front edge of the canopy, you can fold the visor in or out for additional shade. To fold the canopy: pull backward on the front edge (See Figure 6b).

Leg Support Adjustment

Press the buttons on both sides of the leg support to adjust up or down (See Figure 7).

Soft Parent Organizer

WARNING: Do not place hot liquids or more than 2 pounds (0.91kg) in the parent tray. Serious burns or unstable conditions can result.

To attach the Soft Parent Organizer: Use the hook and loop fastener to hang the organizer onto the stroller handle. Follow illustrations 1-3 (See Figure 8). Be sure to fasten tightly.

Child Tray

WARNING: The child's tray is not a restraint device; always secure your child with the seat belt. DO NOT lift the stroller by the child's tray. Use care when attaching the child's tray on the stroller with a child in the stroller. Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 pounds (1.36 kg) in the child tray. Serious burns or unstable conditions could result.

To attach the child tray: Push the tray downward and onto each side of the front armrests until both sides snap into place (See Figure 9a). Check that the tray is securely latched in place.

To access the child seat: Pull one side of the release lever (See Figure 9b) located on the underside of the child tray and lift upward. Either side of the child tray will lift and rotate out of the way to allow access to the front seat (See Figure 9c).

Rear Brakes

WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed so that the stroller will not roll away. NEVER leave stroller unattended on a hill or incline as the stroller may slide down the hill.

To engage rear brakes: Apply downward pressure to the brake levers located on the rear axle. The stroller may require forward or rearward movement to engage the brake (See Figure 10). Check that the stroller will not move once brakes are properly applied. To release, gently lift up on the brake levers.

Front Wheel Release

If replacing the front wheel: Push the release button on the side of the wheel hub and pull the wheel assembly from the hub (See Figure 11).

Storage Basket

Fold the flap over the rear bar and snap the 4 buttons closed. Repeat as needed in the front. Wrap the 2 straps on the basket rear around the side bar and snap them closed (See Figure 12). Ensure all snaps are secure before use.

Securing the Child (Harness)

WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.

STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose safety harness. Never leave child in seat when safety harness is loose or undone.

The 5-point harness shoulder straps have multiple positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below, the top of the child's shoulder. To adjust harness height, unhook the shoulder strap from the crotch buckle (See Figure 13a). Feed the shoulder strap through the harness spread slots in the seat back and reattach.

Carefully place the child in the stroller seat. Bring the safety harness around the child's waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the buckle on the crotch strap. Tighten the harness to be snug around the child's waist and over the child's shoulders (See Figure 13b).

To release harness buckles: Push the button on the center clasp (See Figure 13c) or apply pressure to both sides of each male clip until released (See Figure 13d).

Infant Car Seat Attachment

WARNING: Always use the Infant Car Seat harness.

Attach the car seat by lining up the seat anchors on the side of the car seat with the anchors on the stroller frame and push them together until they lock securely (See Figure 14a). The car seat can face frontward or backward.

To remove the infant car seat, push both release buttons on each side of the seat anchors and lift the seat upwards (See Figure 14b).

Attaching to the Child Tray:

First, rotate the child tray to the vertical position by pressing buttons on both sides. Push the tray down 90 degrees (See Figure 14c).

Position the infant car seat facing toward the rear of the stroller so the seat shell goes into the child tray and latches into place (See Figure 14d).

When the infant car seat is seated firmly, strap the short clips over the seat, through the seat belt slots, and pull the strap adjuster tight (See Figure 14e). It is very important that the short clips are always tightly fastened around the infant car seat.

For the Ally infant car seat, be sure to use the additional support strap located on the back side of the stroller seat frame (See Figure 14f).

When not using the car seat, store all straps and clips in the side storage pocket (See Figure 14g).

To remove from the child tray: Remove the short clips (See Figure 14e). Squeeze the release handle (located at the top-rear of the seat for most models, or foot-end for others) and carefully lift upward on the seat (See Figures 14g, 14h).

Folding the Stroller

WARNING: Be careful when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.

CAUTION: Do not allow children near the stroller while folding.

Pull the stroller backward several inches so that the front wheels point straight ahead.

Fold the stroller by pulling both release triggers (See Figure 15a) and push the handle toward the floor. Make sure the front wheels lie flat, then secure the stroller in the folded position by locking the fold latch, located on the right side of the stroller, over the rivet (See Figure 15b).

Unfolding the Stroller

May require handle adjustments to unfold the stroller. Press the buttons to move the handle up or down to a comfortable position (See Figure 16a).

Unlock the release lever (See Figure 16b) and unfold the stroller frame by pulling upward on the stroller handle until the frame locks (See Figure 16c).

Maintenance

Seat Pad

To clean the seat pad, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.

Other

Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
