Product Overview

The Eufy S220 SoloCam is a wireless outdoor security camera powered by solar energy. It features a 2K resolution and connects via Wi-Fi. The product is designed for easy installation and use with the eufy Security app.

Charging the SoloCam

The SoloCam can be charged via its USB-C port. The LED indicator shows the charging status:

• Charging: Solid Blue
• Fully Charged: Off

Setting Up the SoloCam

1. Download and install the eufy Security app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign up for an account and follow the on-screen instructions to add your SoloCam.

Mounting the SoloCam

Select a Location:

Mount the S220 SoloCam on a wall, preferably 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above ground level, to achieve the desired view. For optimal solar panel efficiency, choose a location that receives plenty of sunlight.

Mounting Instructions:

1. Loosen and remove the mount cover by turning it counterclockwise.
2. If mounting on hard surfaces (brick, concrete), drill holes with a 15/64 in (6 mm) drill bit and insert anchors. For soft surfaces (wood), skip this step.
3. Screw the base of the mount firmly onto the wall and reassemble the mount.
4. Screw the SoloCam onto the mount, ensuring the solar panel faces the sky. Position the camera for the desired view and check the live stream in the eufy Security app.

Safety Information

Temperature Range: The recommended operating temperature range for the device and accessories is -20°C to 50°C (-4°F to 122°F). Avoid using the device in environments that exceed these temperatures unless specifically indicated as safe in the user guide or manual.

Environmental Precautions: Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or excessively wet environments unless specifically indicated as safe.

Powering the Device: It is recommended to power the device in an environment with temperatures between 5°C and 25°C, with normal room temperature and good ventilation.

• Warning: Replacing the battery with an incorrect type may bypass safeguards and create danger. Improper disposal (fire, crushing, cutting) or exposure to extreme heat or low air pressure can lead to explosion and leakage of flammable liquids and gases.
