Adding S300 eufyCam to Your System

Follow the on-screen instructions in the eufy Security app to add your eufy Security devices. Select "Add Device," then choose "S300 eufyCam" to add it to your system.

Charging S300 eufyCam

Connect the camera to a power source using the USB-C port.

Charging Options:

Option 1: Connect the USB-C cable to the camera and a USB power adapter.
Option 2: Connect the USB-C cable to the camera and a 5V USB charger.

Mounting the Camera

Select a Location

Choose a location that provides the desired view. It is recommended to mount the camera 7-10 ft (2-3 m) above the ground.

Mounting Steps

Turn the mounting bracket knob counterclockwise to loosen and disassemble it.
Drill holes using a 15/64 inch (6 mm) drill bit. Insert the provided anchors into the holes. Anchors are necessary for walls made of hard materials like concrete, brick, or stucco.
Firmly screw the mounting bracket knob into the mounting hole.
Hold the camera and screw it onto the mounting bracket. Rotate the camera to adjust the view and check it using the live stream available in the eufy Security app.

Safety Information

Do not use the device in environments with excessively high or low temperatures. Never expose the device to strong direct sunlight or excessively humid environments.
The suitable operating temperature for the T8161 and its accessories is -20°C to 50°C (charging temperature is 0°C to 45°C).
It is recommended to place the device in an environment with a temperature range of 5°C to 25°C.
When powered, place the device in an environment with normal room temperature and good ventilation.

Warnings:

Replacing a battery with an incorrect type may disable a safeguard.
Disposing of a battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, can result in an explosion.
Storing a battery in an extremely high temperature environment may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
Exposing a battery to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

⚠️ CAUTION: RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS.
