Installation Spacing
The following diagram illustrates recommended spacing for recessed area or closet installation. Ventilation openings for closet doors are minimum requirements.

Spacing Recommendations:
- The washer has been tested for installation with 0" (0 mm) clearance on the sides.
- Consider allowing more space for ease of installation and servicing.
- Allow for clearances for companion appliances, walls, doors, and floor moldings.
- Add an extra 1" (25 mm) on all sides of the washer to reduce noise transfer.
- If a closet door or louvered door is installed, air openings at the top and bottom of the door are required.
