Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Drawer Runners to Side Panels

Lay two side panels flat. Attach drawer runners (118331) to the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the panels using screws (146114). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Step 2: Attach Drawer Runners to Other Panels

Attach drawer runners (120076, 118331, 146114, 145718, 101345) to the other main panels of the unit as indicated.

Step 3: Attach Wall Mounting Bracket

Secure the wall mounting bracket (109048) to one of the side panels using screws (100823, 109049, 106989, 329300).

Step 4: Attach Another Panel

Attach another panel to the structure using screws (101345, 100823, 109049, 106989).

Step 5: Connect Side Panels to Base

Connect the two side panels to the base panel, ensuring they are flush.

Step 6: Secure Frame with Fittings

Use fittings (119250, 119252, 120076) to secure the connected panels. Insert the cam bolts and then turn the cam locks to tighten.

Step 7: Assemble Main Frame

Connect the side panels and the back panel to form the main box structure of the bedside table.

Step 8: Secure Frame Further

Continue securing the frame using fittings (119250, 119252, 120076) in the designated holes.

Step 9: Attach Support Bar

Attach the support bar (102553) to the top rear of the unit using screws (105248).

Step 10: Attach Additional Support

Attach another support piece (105248) to the frame as shown.

Step 11: Place Top Panel

Carefully place the top panel onto the assembled unit frame.

Step 12: Secure Top Panel

Fasten the top panel to the unit using screws (151708, 151707).

Step 13: Attach Drawer Slide Components to Unit

Attach the drawer slide components (101345, 10101849, 158568) to the inner sides of the unit where the drawers will be installed.

Step 14: Prepare Drawer Components

Begin assembling the drawer by attaching the drawer side panels to the drawer base panel.

Step 15: Attach Drawer Front

Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer sides using screws (118331).

Step 16: Complete Drawer Box

Ensure the drawer box is fully assembled and square.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer

Attach the corresponding drawer slide components (119250, 119252, 120076) to the outer sides of the assembled drawer.

Step 18: Attach Drawer Fittings

Attach any drawer handles or front fittings (10093081, 10093082) to the drawer front.

Step 19: Insert Drawer into Unit

Carefully align the drawer slides on the drawer with the runners installed in the unit and slide the drawer in.

Step 20: Final Drawer Insertion

Push the drawer fully into the unit until it is seated correctly.

Step 21: Wall Mounting ?

Secure the furniture to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. The screws and plugs supplied are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain about your wall type, seek professional advice.

• Wall Type A (Solid): Use Ø 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit. Insert plug, then screw.
• Wall Type B (Hollow): Use Ø 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit. Insert plug, then screw.
• Wall Type C (Solid Wood): Use Ø 1/8" (3 mm) drill bit. Use screw without plug.

Step 22: Adjust Drawer Slides

Fine-tune the drawer slides using the adjustment screws (109048, 100823) for optimal drawer movement.

Step 23: Continue Drawer Assembly

Attach the drawer side panel to the drawer base using screws (118331).

Step 24: Attach Second Drawer Side

Attach the second drawer side panel using dowels (101345).

Step 25: Attach Drawer Back Panel

Fit the drawer back panel into the assembled drawer sides.

Step 26: Secure Drawer Sides

Secure the drawer sides using fittings (120076).

Step 27: Place Drawer Back

Slide the drawer back panel into its final position.

Step 28: Attach Drawer Bottom

Place the drawer bottom panel onto the drawer frame.

Step 29: Secure Drawer Bottom

Secure the drawer bottom panel using screws (145718) and fittings (120076).

Step 30: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer

Attach the drawer runners (146114) to the bottom edges of the assembled drawer using screws (146114).

Step 31: Insert Completed Drawer

Carefully insert the fully assembled drawer into the main unit.
