Smart Security System USER'S GUIDE
DO THIS FIRST.
Things to be Noted Before Getting Started
This guide is for: Hub cellular model (Hub 2G model, Hub 4G model) and Hub cellular + Wi-Fi model (Hub 2G+Wi-Fi model, Hub 4G+Wi-Fi model).
Please check the following conditions for a successful set-up:
- If using a 4G SIM card, ensure the 2G network of your wireless service provider is still available in your country. Purchase the hub with a 4G cellular communicator if the 2G network is unavailable.
- For hub cellular + Wi-Fi models: Select a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The hub does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Selecting the 5GHz band instead of the 2.4GHz band is a common mistake.
- Your Wi-Fi password must not contain spaces or special characters.
- Place your hub as close as possible to your router during setup.
- A slow network speed can affect hub performance; an upload speed of at least 2Mbps or faster is recommended.
- Ensure the AP isolation setting in your router is disabled.

How the Alarm System Works
The system operates in a sequence:
- Arming: Arm the system using the remote, RFID tag, the ARM button on the hub, or the mobile app.
- Hub Receives Command: The hub receives the command and enters "Armed" mode.
- Sensor Triggered: When a Door/Window Sensor detects an opening, or a PIR Motion Detector senses movement (while armed), it sends a signal to the panel.
- Intrusion Detected: The hub is notified of an intrusion.
- Alarm Activation: The hub's internal siren sounds at 85dB, and an optional external siren sounds at 100dB.
- Notifications: The hub sends a push notification and/or text message to your phone via the app. It can also make automated phone calls to preset numbers.
- Remote Monitoring: The app allows you to monitor your home's status from anywhere, anytime.
Getting to Know Your System
The hub cellular+Wi-Fi model is a dual network system using both Wi-Fi and cellular (GSM/4G). All sensors connect wirelessly to the hub. Upon alarm activation, push notifications and alarm calls are sent to registered users. The system can be controlled on-site via the remote tag or remotely using the dedicated mobile application. The system supports up to 100 wireless sensors, 10 remote tags, and 10 RFID tags.
