Step 1

Attach the metal brackets (10122538) to the base structure. Use four bolts (10080955) and the hex key (108490). Ensure brackets are oriented correctly.

Step 2

Attach the side panels to the base structure. Use four bolts (10080955) and the hex key (108490). Ensure panels are flush and secure.

Step 3

Attach the back panel or a support piece to the assembled frame. Use two screws (122662).

Step 4

Continue assembling the main box frame by connecting the remaining panels. Ensure all connections are tight.

Step 5

Attach additional supports or brackets to the interior of the box frame. Use four bolts (10080955) and the hex key (108490).

Step 6

Prepare to attach the main lifting mechanisms to the frame. Identify the left and right mechanisms.

Step 7

Connect the lifting mechanisms to the designated points on the frame. Use four bolts (10090620) and the hex key (100092).

Step 8

Finalize the connection of the lifting mechanisms. Use the wrench (103675) to secure two bolts (10122285) to each mechanism. Ensure smooth operation.

Step 9

Attach a shelf or internal support piece to the underside of the lid structure. Use four bolts (122245) and the hex key (108490).

Step 10

Connect the lid's lifting mechanism components to the corresponding parts on the main box frame. Arrows indicate the direction of connection.

Step 11

Secure the lid mechanism. Use four bolts (10123217) and the hex key (108490) for the lid attachment points. An informational icon ❗ indicates a specific detail to note regarding bolt insertion depth or orientation.

Step 12

Attach the lid to the main box structure. Use two screws (10123217) and the hex key (108490) to connect the lid hinges to the box frame.

Step 13

Complete the lid attachment. Use four bolts (10123217) and the hex key (108490) to secure the lid hinges to the box frame. Ensure the lid opens and closes smoothly.

Step 14

Place a mattress onto the opened ottoman bed. An arrow indicates the direction of placement.

Step 15

Close the lid with the mattress inside. An arrow indicates the closing motion. ❌ Do not attempt to close the lid if the mattress is not positioned correctly or if there are obstructions.
