Initial Setup: BLUETOOTH Pairing

Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The light will flash red and blue, indicating pairing mode.

Select 'JLab Epic' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The light will flash blue slowly, indicating Bluetooth pairing is complete.

Saving Settings
The JLab Epic Executive will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.
Button Functions
- Power On/Off: Press the button for 3 seconds. Sound prompt: Chime.
- BLUETOOTH Pairing: Press the button for 10 seconds. (Refer to Initial Setup - Bluetooth Pairing). Sound prompt: Two beeps.
- Play/Pause/Call/End Call: Quick press the button.
- Activate SIRI (iOS) or OK GOOGLE (ANDROID): Double press the button.
- Volume Down: Quick press the button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Quick press the button.
- Next Track: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.
Sound Prompts
- Power On: Chime
- Bluetooth Connection: Two beeps
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" (below 20%)
- Power Off: Chime
Noise Cancellation
Noise Cancellation On/Off: Quick press the button. A green light indicates it is active. Caution: Always turn off noise cancelling when not in use.
Charging

Connect the USB cable to the connector. Open the JLab Epic Executive cover and connect the Micro USB to charge.

The light will turn red while charging and change to blue when charging is complete.

Fitting

Route the cable behind your neck, keeping both sides parallel.

Customize the fit by adjusting the cable.

Experiment with different ear tips and cushion fins to find the optimal position.
Cushion Fin Adjustment: Rotate the cushion fin to adjust its position.
Ear Tip Adjustment: Adjust the ear tip position.
ATP (Adjustable Tip Placement):
- Position 1: Snug, deeper fit.
- Position 2: Loose, shallower fit.

Troubleshooting
JLAB EPIC Not Found on Device

Turn Bluetooth off and on again in your device settings.

If JLab Epic is still not displayed, repeat the process from Initial Setup to Bluetooth Pairing.

JLAB EPIC Not Reconnecting

Delete the JLab Epic setting from your device settings.

Turn Bluetooth off and on again in your device settings.

Repeat the process from Initial Setup to Bluetooth Pairing.

Connecting to Unwanted Devices
Note: The JLab Epic Executive can remember up to 8 devices. It will automatically attempt to connect to the last used device.

If multiple devices are connected to JLab Epic Executive, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices, then turn on Bluetooth for the desired device.

Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The light will flash red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
Select 'JLab Epic' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The light will flash blue slowly, indicating Bluetooth pairing is complete.

Fitting

AUX Adapter Usage

Connect the USB cable to the JLab Epic Executive and connect the AUX adapter to USB.

Play from the AUX port on airplanes or mobile devices. Play wired without power.

Warning
Ensure the USB cover is closed securely to protect against sweat and water damage. Before charging, ensure the JLab Epic Epic Executive earbuds are completely dry. Exposure to moisture may damage internal components. Air drying before charging is recommended.
Important Notes
- Do not allow water or liquid to enter the earphone tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop, crush, pull forcefully, apply tension to the cable, or bend at sharp angles.
- Earwax buildup on earphone tips can degrade sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you experience regular discomfort during product use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat the earphones like a pair of sunglasses; store them in a safe place when not in use.
