EV Station Pro Card Reader Installation Guide

Step 1: Power Off

Ensure the main power supply is turned off before proceeding. This is done by locating the main circuit breaker panel and switching the relevant breaker to the OFF position.

⚠️ Electrical hazard. Ensure power is disconnected.

Step 2: Access Unit

Use a hex key (Allen wrench) to unscrew and remove a securing component on the EV Station Pro unit to gain access to the internal compartment.

Step 3: Connect Charger Cable

Connect the EV charger cable to the designated port on the EV Station Pro unit.

Step 4: Open Panel

Open the front panel of the EV Station Pro to expose the internal wiring and connection points.

Step 5: Insert Component

Insert a specific component into its designated slot within the EV Station Pro.

Step 6: Wire Connection

Connect a wire to a terminal block inside the unit. This typically involves loosening a screw terminal, inserting the wire, and tightening the screw.

Step 7: Prepare Accessories

Prepare the necessary accessories, including components labeled "1x a" and "1x b", and a screwdriver.

Step 8: Wire Connection

Connect another wire to a terminal block, following the same procedure as in Step 6.

Step 9: Secure and Close

Use a screwdriver to secure a component with a screw. Once all internal connections are made, close the front panel of the EV Station Pro.

Step 10: Insert Component

Insert a component into a specific slot on the EV Station Pro unit.

Step 11: Insert Component

Insert another component into its designated slot on the EV Station Pro unit.

Step 12: Unit Confirmation

The EV Station Pro unit is shown, indicating progress in the installation.

Step 13: Secure and Connect

Use a hex key to secure a component, indicated by a lock symbol [?]. Then, plug the charging cable into the EV Station Pro.

Step 14: Power On and Network

Restore power by switching the main circuit breaker back to the ON position. Ensure the unit is connected to the Internet ?.

Step 15: Network Configuration

The EV Station Pro connects to the network via a UniFi Cloud Gateway and switching infrastructure.

Step 16: Mobile App Setup

Download the companion mobile application from the App Store ? or Google Play ▶️ to connect and manage the EV Station Pro.
