The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within the first 180 days of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or with an altered or removed serial number, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Safety Warnings and Precautions
WARNING: Please follow all of these instructions to ensure the safety of your child. Keep these instructions for future reference.
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out, always use the safety harness and ensure that the children are properly positioned.
WARNING: Never leave children unattended.
WARNING: Care must be taken when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.
CAUTION: This stroller is designed for up to 2 children only. Using with more than 2 children may cause an unbalanced condition.
Children must be at least 6 months old and be able to sit upright unassisted.
Purses, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags, or accessory items may change the balance of the stroller and cause a hazardous, unstable condition.
Be certain the stroller is completely opened and locked before allowing a child near it.
Maximum weight capacity:
- Child tray: 5 lbs (2.26 kg)
- Soft parent organizer: 2 lbs (0.90 kg)
- Per child: 50 lbs (22.67 kg)
- Total (with accessories): 100 lbs (45.35 kg)
Exceeding weight limits can cause excessive wear, stress, and hazardous unstable conditions.
NEVER use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
NEVER use the stroller with roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, or bicycles.
NEVER allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
To clean: Use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
Discontinue use if the stroller malfunctions or becomes damaged.
Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT! To ensure safe operation of your product, please follow these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for future reference. Adult assembly is required.
Frame Setup
1. Release the fold latch. [Diagram shows releasing a fold latch.]
2. Unfold the stroller frame by pulling the stroller handle upward until it clicks into locked position. [Diagram shows pulling the handle upwards to unfold the frame.]
3. Check the RED indicator on the handle. It should not be visible when the stroller is fully open. If the RED indicator is visible, check that the open position lock is engaged before continuing. [Diagram shows the red indicator on the handle.]
Front Wheels
4. Insert the front wheel axle pin into the wheel hub until the wheel locks firmly into place. Repeat on the other side. [Diagram shows inserting the front wheel axle pin.]
NOTE: Pull on the wheel assembly to ensure it is securely attached.
Rear Axle and Wheels
5. Position the stroller with rear leg tubes facing upward. Place the rear axle with wheels over the rear legs and apply downward pressure on both sides. Ensure both sides lock into place. [Diagram shows positioning the rear axle and wheels, with arrows indicating downward pressure.]
NOTE: NEVER use the stroller if wheels do not lock into place. Contact customer service if assistance is needed.
Soft Parent Organizer
6. Strap in the Soft Parent Organizer: Use the hook and loop to hang the organizer onto the stroller handle. Follow illustrations 1-3. Be sure to fasten tightly. [Diagram shows attaching the parent organizer using hook and loop fasteners.]
Child Tray
7. Attach the child tray by lining up the corresponding slots on the stroller frame. Slide down into position until locked. [Diagram shows attaching the child tray to the frame.]
NOTE: Check to make sure the child tray is secure before using.
Canopy and Mosquito Net
8. To install the canopy: Add the canopy frame into the designated slots on the child tray. [Diagram shows inserting canopy frame into slots.]
9. To open the canopy: Use the strap and snap closure to anchor the canopy. Spread out both sides firmly. [Diagram shows opening the canopy.]
10. Install mosquito net: Unzip and pull out the net from the storage pocket. Stretch the net around the top edge of the frame and hook each corner to the circle tabs. Repeat for the other side and hook to all 4 tabs. [Diagram shows stretching and hooking the mosquito net.]
11. To store away the mosquito net: Lift the elastic end, roll towards the canopy, locate the zipper, and connect it to the track. Tuck canopy into pocket while zipping. [Diagram shows rolling and zipping the mosquito net into its pocket.]
12. To remove the canopy: Press the tab on each end and lift the canopy from the bottom slots. [Diagram shows releasing the canopy tabs.]
13. To remove the child tray: Push the tabs outward and pull out the tray. [Diagram shows releasing the child tray tabs.]
NOTE: The canopy may also be installed without the child tray. Insert ends into holes.
Pull Handle Storage
14. TO USE THE HANDLE: Locate the handle underneath the frame, press the release button, pull the bar out, and rotate to the desired position. [Diagram shows operating the pull handle.]
15. TO PUT IT AWAY: Reverse step 14. Push the handle completely in until it clicks. Ensure it rests on the storage hooks. [Diagram shows storing the pull handle.]
Folding the Stroller
16. Close the canopy by reversing the opening process.
17. To use the double lock feature: Push the safety lock up, lift the trigger, and pull both triggers together. [Diagram shows the three steps for engaging the double lock feature.]
18. Push down on the stroller handle until it is completely folded. Ensure the fold latch clicks and secures the stroller closed. [Diagram shows pushing the handle down to fold the stroller.]
19. For a full compact fold, ensure your handle is completely pushed to the front of the stroller.
Unfolding the Stroller
20. Release the fold latch. Unfold the stroller frame by pulling the handle upward until it clicks into locked position. Check the RED indicator; it should not be visible when fully open. [Diagram shows releasing the fold latch and unfolding the stroller frame.]
Safety Harness
WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.
STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose straps. Never leave child in seat when straps are loose or undone.
The child tray is not designed to hold the child in the stroller. Stay near and watch child during use. NEVER leave child unattended.
1. Place the crotch strap between your child's legs. Insert the Harness Buckles into the Center Clasp with the Button. [Diagram shows harness straps and the center clasp.]
NOTE: Only use top slots with Baby Trend Seat 2 Mat accessory (sold separately). Adjust waist straps for comfort and safety by sliding buckles. Safety straps should fit snugly.
TO RELEASE SAFETY BELT: Push the button on the Center Clasp; the two Harness Buckles will pop free. [Diagram shows releasing the harness buckle by pressing the center button.]
Brakes
WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed so that it will not roll away. NEVER leave stroller unattended on a hill or incline.
1. To engage brakes, apply light downward pressure to the brake lever on each rear wheel. You may need to move the stroller slightly forward or backward to align the brake teeth with the wheel brake cluster. [Diagram shows engaging the brake lever on the rear wheel.]
NOTE: Check that the stroller will not move and that both brakes are properly applied.
2. To release, gently lift up on the brake lever.
Accessories: Car Seat Adapter
WARNING: For maximum weight used in the adapter, refer to the car seat manual. Prevent serious injury or death from falls; ensure the car seat adapter is securely attached before use. The tray and/or canopy CANNOT be used with the car seat adapter.
CAUTION: Avoid serious injury from falling; always use the safety belt to secure the car seat to the stroller.
Always remove the child tray and canopy from the wagon to install the adapter. See pages 13 to 15.
Installing the Car Seat Adapter
1. Unfold the adapter and place it on a flat surface with straps facing down. Connect both ends of the adapter bars together. [Diagram shows unfolding and connecting adapter bars.]
2. Ensure both pins click into the holes. Flip the adapter with straps facing upwards. Ensure straps and D-rings are attached to the side bar at the foot-end. [Diagram shows flipping the adapter and attaching straps.]
3. Open the clips on both sides of the adapter. Open the flaps on the wagon cover to expose the bar connection. Face the front of the adapter to the front of the wagon. Align clips to the bar and press into place. Close clips firmly from the inside with thumbs and check that it is secured into the frame. Removing the Car Seat Adapter
To remove the adapter, wrap thumbs over the wagon frame and use fingers to apply pressure on the clip to release it from the bar. [Diagram shows removing the adapter clip.]
NOTE: Refer to pages 30 and 31 for car seat installation.
Installing an Infant Car Seat
1. Place the car seat onto the Car Seat Adapter with the front of the car seat facing the same direction as the adapter buckle. Ensure car seat stoppers rest on the Adapter Bar. [Diagram shows placing the infant car seat onto the adapter.]
2. Strap the Safety Belts through the Belt Path on the Car Seat and connect the buckles. Tighten the strap snugly. [Diagram shows securing the car seat with safety belts.]
3. Tighten the bottom support straps by pulling back on the loop and sliding the adjuster forward. [Diagram shows adjusting the bottom support straps.]
NOTE: The Safety Belt MUST ALWAYS be installed through the Belt Path before using this product.
REMOVAL: Release the safety strap, reverse step 15, then follow step 14.
Maintenance
Wagon Fabric
1. To detach the fabric (for cleaning or replacement): Unzip from the front and rear of the wagon frame. [Diagram shows unzipping the wagon fabric.]
2. Through the pocket opening, remove D-Rings straps from the fabric near the bottom frames to unthread harness straps. Remove screws on the underside of the frame. [Diagrams show removing D-rings and frame screws.]
3. To reattach the fabric: Ensure it is realigned to the corresponding frames. Insert D-Ring straps through slots and secure completely with the D-Ring. Ensure zippers are zipped and hook-and-loop fasteners are attached.
NOTE: Check for worn parts, torn material, or stitching regularly. Replace or repair parts as needed.
Rear Axle Wheel Removal
1. To release the entire rear wheel assembly, push in the rear wheel release. The wheel detaches easily from the bushing. [Diagram shows releasing and detaching the rear wheel.]
2. If replacing the rear axle, press the pin on each side behind the wheel hub and pull the rear axle out.
Adapter Fabric
1. Use hook and loop fasteners on the underside of the adapter bar to remove the fabric. [Diagram shows removing adapter fabric.]
2. To reattach, wrap panels over the bar and attach with hook and loop. [Diagram shows reattaching adapter fabric.]
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning Seat Pad: Spot clean only. Surface wash small spots with mild soap and water. Rinse with water and wipe or air dry.
Cleaning Stroller: Surface wash frame, plastic parts, and fabric with mild soap and water. Wipe surfaces with water and wipe or air dry.
Check your stroller regularly for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
