Bluetooth Pairing

1. Remove the protective tab. The charging case indicator will begin to flash blue.

2. Remove the earbuds by pulling them straight up or to the side.

3. One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

4. Select "JLab GO Air" in your device's settings to connect. Two audio cues followed by solid white lights indicate a successful connection.

Adding New/Additional Bluetooth Devices

Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab GO Air" in your new device's settings.

Button Functions

Left Earbud

• Decrease Volume: Press once.
• Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Press twice.
• Track Back: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Change Equalizer (EQ): Press three times.
• Power On: Press and hold for over 3 seconds.

Right Earbud

• Increase Volume: Press once.
• Play/Pause: Press twice.
• Track Forward: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Answer Call: Press once.
• End Call: Press twice.
• Decline Incoming Call: Press and hold for over 1 second.
• Change Equalizer (EQ): Press three times.
• Power On: Press and hold for over 3 seconds.

EQ3 Sound Modes

Cycle through three EQ settings by pressing the left or right earbud three times:

• Signature JLab (One beep): Enhanced vocals and bass.
• Balanced (Two beeps): Even sound with no additional sound enhancements.
• Bass Boost (Three beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.

Charging the Earbuds

1. Earbuds will turn off when placed in the charging case and will initially show the case's battery level.

   Indicator: Solid green light for 100-25% battery. Flashing red light for 25% (charging case).

2. A flashing blue light indicates the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged.

3. Earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.

Charging the Case

Connect the GO Air case to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or lower) power source.

Indicator: Lights show charging status (charging/fully charged).

Earbud Fit

For best fit and seal, use all included ear tip sizes to adjust for a proper fit. Insert the earbud into the ear canal and twist gently to adjust for a good fit.

Quick Tips

• Left or right earbud can be used independently for music and calls. Just pick one and remove it from the case to connect.
• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be configured at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the chosen device to connect.

Troubleshooting: Connection Reset

If you experience connection issues between earbuds:

1. Place earbuds in charging case and forget "JLab GO Air" from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Press the touch sensor on one earbud 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 3 times.
3. Press the touch sensor on the other earbud 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 3 times.
4. Remove both earbuds from the case. One earbud will light solid white, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair with your device.

Important Warnings & Care

• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing earbuds, damaging the cable by pulling forcefully, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
• Earwax may build up on earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Gently clean earwax with a cotton swab or small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, reduce volume or temporarily stop using them.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• We recommend caring for your earbuds as you would a pair of nice eyeglasses and keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
• Earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the charging case is not.
