Download the AlorAir-R App from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading, tap the AlorAir-R App icon, then tap Sign Up and proceed through the Email Verification process.

1.b. Set New Password and Email Verification

On the Email Verification page, enter your email address and tap the Next Step button. Then, enter your personal details. The server will send a registration link to your email. Check your mailbox for an email from 'appapplicationregister20'. Click the blue link in the email to activate your account.

For example, with a Google Email account, you will receive an activation email from 'applicationregister20'. Click the link to verify your email. After successful activation, you can log in using your account and password on the Sign-in interface.

1.c. Inactive Account?

Q1: The registration is successful, but the activation email has not been received.

If you do not receive the email or have accidentally deleted it, and the app prompts that your account is registered but not activated upon login, tap the Inactive Account button to reacquire the registration link for activation.

Q2: Still don't see the register email?

If your mailbox has not received an activation email, the email system may have mistakenly classified it as spam. Please check your trash or spam folder. To ensure the blue hyperlink remains valid, please select 'Looks like no problem' when prompted.

Chapter 2: Home Screen

The Home Screen provides an overview of your dehumidifier's status and controls. Key elements include:

Chapter 4: Sidebar Menu

4.a. View All Dehumidifiers

Quickly view important information for all current devices. Data can be shared as a PDF and sent to social media.

4.b. Chamber List

Create chambers and add your bound devices within the 'Drying Date' section. Specify chamber name, category (e.g., floor relationship), and classification (e.g., chamber 1, chamber 2).

4.c. Working Plan

Create dehumidification plans by filling in basic information. After successful creation, return to the homepage and re-enter 'Working Plan' to view it. The 'Equipment' and 'Drying Log' buttons within a work plan lead to the 'Drying Date' menu.

Note: Longitude and latitude are automatically obtained via the mobile phone's GPS for map display and weather conditions.

4.d. Equipment List

Nearby: Add new dehumidifiers. Ensure units are plugged in and turned on. Tap to connect via WiFi or Direct Connection Mode. Refer to the corresponding catalog description for specific connection steps.

Company Unit: Displays all devices bound to your account. A three-dot button allows locating, renaming, or deleting devices. Click the info button for more details. Devices within a work plan cannot be deleted but can be removed from the plan. Deleted/unbound devices can be re-searched without reconfiguring the network.

Device status indicators: Device is Online, Device is Offline.

Example: The device 98D863A7C4F8 is currently in the AlorAir Drying work plan.

4.e. Drying Date

View all created work plans. Devices must be added to a work plan before creating drying logs to track their history and status. The 'Drying Date' menu has three tabs: Overview, Equipment, and Drying Log.

Overview Tab

Active / Accomplish: Indicates work plan run status. Tapping 'Complete' ends the work plan. Drying logs in operation will not generate new records. Plans can be restarted.

You can edit contact information and quickly make calls.

Equipment Tab

Discover: Select a created chamber to assign a device, then tap the device's MAC address, and select 'Done' to add it to the work plan. Use '+ Add another equipment' to add new devices.

Alternatively, tap the arrow on the device details page, click the upper-right menu, and set a chamber. Choose an empty chamber if you don't want to assign one next time.

On the 'Dehum Details' page (for devices added to a work plan), the upper-right button offers options: 1. Edit Details info, 2. Set Chamber, 3. Edit Location.

Drying Logs Tab

Tap + NEW LOG ENTRY to create a drying log. External weather data is obtained via GPS. Select the room, then the equipment under that room, and tap Save to create a dry log.

Newly created logs initially have no data. The app captures device data every 20 minutes during normal operation. Logs show historical work records, including room temperature and humidity. Gaps in the curve indicate the device was powered off.

Log states: The new log has no data temporarily; Log running for a day; You can click and stay at a certain point to view detailed data.

Remove Work Plan

Deleting a dehumidifier from a work plan stops new drying log records for that device. Devices can also be removed by swiping from right to left under the 'Equipment' option in 'Drying Date'. View DryingLog information created within the work plan. Data is updated in real-time and can be shared as a PDF.

4.e. Account Settings

4.e.1. Basic Settings

On the account settings page, tap the designated area to quickly modify your first name, last name, phone number, and account password.

4.e.2. My Team

Invite team members or family to join your team and share work plans and dehumidifiers under your account. The main account owner can view all members, pending invitations, and re-invite every 20 minutes.

To invite: Enter another user's email, tap Send. An invitation email from 'applicationregister20' will be sent. Remind the recipient to check their email, including spam/trash folders.

If the system misjudges an email, click the 'Looks no problem' button. After accepting the invitation, a success message confirms team join and shared access.

Permissions Rules:

Team management options (accessed via the upper-right menu) include: Update team info, invite users, transfer team, disband team. Disbanding is irreversible and resets all account information and team members.

4.e.3. Bind Your Dehumidifier

If your dehumidifier was configured but not bound, use this option in Account Settings to bind it. Refer to Wi-Fi connect flyers for details.

4.e.4. Unbind Your Dehumidifier

Use Account Settings - Unbind the dehumidifier to remove the device from your account. This allows the device to be added to another account. Non-team members can view bound device information but cannot control it. Logging out clears viewing records.

4.e.5. App Version

Tap the 'App version' section. The system will prompt you if it is the latest version. If an update is available, you will be directed to Google Play to update and install.
